Even though they are about a 25-30 minute drive for me its worth the trip and will not use anybody else. The staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful and they also go above and beyond when im in trouble and need mobile service. Cant recommend enough!”

“I recently had an issue with my Honda my whole dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree, I was worried it was a recall issue and dealing with recalls are a pain just to get your vehicle into the dealership to get check out. I was recommended to take my car to Serpa which I did and they checked it out and it was the simplest fix ever the process from start to end was so easy. “I’m always hesitant when it comes to tires shops, but overall this place left an impression that I gladly liked and appreciated , good prices on used and new, depending on your car. Also be understanding that they aren’t your typical nascar crew that gets it jacked up quickly and off and back on, because I saw that they take time and pride in their work, and made sure my tires were good to go, especially when they cleaned my rims and took off the white markings on the tires to make it look nice. definitely recommend this place and definitely coming here again they were respectful and very straightforward”

“I went to go to work and found out someone punctured my two tires on my passenger side of my car . I was panicked and stressed as I was supposed to be heading into work and my car wasn’t drivable . I was able to get in contact with my insurance get a tow and then get my tires done in less than an hour from start to finish. Wonderful Service got me in quickly got my tires fixed quickly also went above and beyond to check my other tire fix that tire and also put caps on for me. “Luis at Torres Tire just finished aligning my Honda Ridgeline. I have a lifetime alignment at Firestone, but those guys cannot seem to align my truck correctly (they actually ruined a pair of tires because the alignment was out so bad). I opt to take my truck to Torres Tire and pay to have Luis align it. It is money well spent because I know he will get it right--and he did for the 2nd time. I discovered Torres Tire a LONG time ago. Whenever I have tire, suspension or alignment needs my first call is to Torres Tire. Luis does quality work for a reasonable price--that is about all one can ask for.”
