From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Their cross-docking services were seamless, ensuring swift transfers of goods without any delays. Additionally, their logistics expertise ensured that my shipments were delivered on time, every time. I highly recommend Crossdocks Storage & Logistics Inc to anyone in need of top-notch freight and logistics solutions. They truly go above and beyond to exceed expectations.”
“I’ve used this location for dozens of print jobs and they are always wonderful to work with. Sophia is a shining star! She has the best personality and work ethic. When I call to check on an order I’ve sent in and Sophia answers the phone, I breathe a sign of relief knowing that my project is in good hands. I mainly print large scale projects here that usually include printing, cutting, lamination, and a rush request. I highly recommend using this location conveniently located in downtown Fresno.”

968 Sierra St, Kingsburg“Every experience has always been fast and easy. When I have needed extra help, the employees have always been nice enough to help me out and explain clearly. I also have watched employees patiently help elderly customers.”
“I have never done a review before today and since I had a few bad experiences at the UPS Store and gave them my first review I thought I would show my appreciation to your company. The staff here is awesome and I appreciate your kindness and your help. Thank you for turning around my morning and helping me. I will be back for all my needs.”
“Conveniently located inside of an auto parts store. Long as this place isn't packed with customers then it's a breeze in and out. Give UPS HUBS a try, great for when you won't be home to pick up your packages. Best part is it's totally free. ?”

Then she said if I wanted to laminate it.. well yes! Didn't know they did that! Looks professional! We've been here many times before & the service has always been great! 2058 High St, Selma“Thank you, Mark (Selma Post Office) for helping me gain some peace of mind during this pandemic. I was so worried that some mail that I sent was lost! Mark followed up with some colleagues at a different post office and actually called me back! I really appreciate this gesture - hope our team of essential workers remain healthy.”
“Thank you to Alain, Manuel, and Candido for everything they do for us everyday!! They always have smiles on their faces and make us so happy to see them. Excellent service!”

724 O St, Sanger“Update to previous review! Had to go back a week ago (because I had to) and things have changed! The older gentleman who I spoke of earlier was a whole new human! Was completely giving off happy grandpa vibes while maintaining his professionalism while I was there and remainder me of mine (RIP gramps). He wasn’t even helping me, someone else was! People wore their masks, social distanced, and I saw someone disinfecting the place ? say what! I wasn’t there forever and the person who helped me was decent on timing. Overall such an improvement and very impressed!Original review:Bad service! It was utter chaos in there, the older Hispanic gentleman with glasses who was helping me looked like his gave up on even trying to tell people to socially distance or want to be there lol. The lady who works up front is normally the most helpful and nice. Wish I got her, instead of having to come all the way home for tape even though he had some literally right I front of me.”

4026 E Jensen Ave, Fresno“Depending on the day of the week, service may be slow or fast. Tuesday service is relatively quick... Monday and Friday please expect a wait. Other than that, the upkeep of the lobby is great. P O boxes available in different locations. Passport services available to an extent. Staff is professional and courteous, always positive, wanting to help their clients. Keep up the good work.”
“I came here to drop off my package for my friend's in Los Angeles so they can open their gifts before Christmas came. Fast Service, Employee very friendly...”

1900 E St, Fresno“Selena was awesome. Went there for First Time Passports, had appointment for two people, showed up early and called us in early. We were done in 20min. Make sure you have all your forms filled out correctly and your all your IDENTIFICATION.”
“I've always had a great experience coming here. Once to get undeliverable mail and it did take awhile but the guy helping was very friendly and I'm sure it takes awhile to go through everything so the wait didn't bother me. But whenever I've come to ship packages they are very prompt and nice.”
“Very quick & informative, Especially informative that the hiring exam must've been lowered vastly. When I asked young mam behind the counter how much is the "Per Pound Rate" for large boxes, And he said that they don't charge by the pound, it's a Flat Rate" very confidently I might add, I responded with "I think you might wanna double check that?" And a little attitudey I was told "I can assure you Sir, that the usps does NOT charge by the lb for delivery, it's a flat rate and that's how We charge!" And I responded with(thinking to myself: GAME ON!!)"Well, online it asks for the dimensions of the box your shipping in or envelope, So for Example & this Conversation, how much would it cost to mail this letter behind you?(he tells me price) and now let's say I have a box that's 24x12x12 and weighs 10lbs, how much to ship that overnight?(he gives me a price) now, how much would it cost to ship the same box BUT it weighs 30lbs?(he starts to give me the price and as soon as he starts to say the 1st number I cut him off and say) WHY IS THERE A PRICE DIFFERENCE, ITS THE SAME BOX!!" He states "the 2nd box was heavier" me: EXACTLY!! THERE'S A 20LB DIFFERENCE AND A PRICE DIFFERENCE, SO CLEARLY YOU CHARGE BY THE POUND, CORRECT?" BEFORE HE COULD ANSWER HIS MANAGER CAME UP, AND TOOK OVER THE POTENTIAL VERBAL EVISCERATING THAT CARLOS WAS ABOUT TO FALL VICTIM TO...All the MANAGER said was "He doesn't have access to that part of the system which is why he responded the way he did. I apologize for that" I told her it was no big deal, it was his attitude that led him to those questions and I laughed & She laughed and I ended up smashing that night, Thank You Michelle, For Your Expert Handling and Processing of My Package and going Above, Beyond and Pretty Much Bending over backward to make sure I was Satisfied with her performance, I am!! Very Much So, Your Hubby is a Lucky Man!!

“I called because I had a package being sent to one of my customers and we got a notification that said the address was insufficient. I double checked with the buyer and I had the address entered correctly, so i called your office to get assistance. The representatives were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. I was very thankful and appreciative of the whole experience. Thank you so much!”
“Articulate, efficient, and worthy of praise. Human error occurs in all fields of professions, which can be excusable because we all have our good and bad days. Take consideration that our postal service field workers (delivery drivers) deal with individuals with a variety of psychological characteristics including publicly intoxicated and unstable, loose dogs, sprinklers, blocked mail boxes, hidden mail boxes, faulty mail boxes, and many other nuances that hinder or reduce efficacy; some which may even cause the postal worker to become terminated for something that was not at the fault of our worker, like getting bitten by a loose dog. I digress and explore you to thank a postal worker for their service delivering our mail rain or shine, while we sit in our air conditioned homes as they drive in a steel box with just a small fan without air conditioning in the Californian triple digit weather!”
