“Got to hand it to Nelson's Ace Hardware in Selma. Seems like, they always come thru when you're in a pickle, and have to finish another job from the Honey-do list. Was in the process of installing a new garbage disposal , which went along with the new sink and new quartz counters, when, as usual, I was in need of a longer garbage disposal hose. The Big Box stores didn't carry what I needed....yeah, they had something similar, but was available only in a 10 foot length. Really, what do I do with the excess? Just a waste of $$$. So, I gave a call to Ace in Selma and Ralph picked up the phone. Yes we carry the hose, and it is sold by the foot. Great. Problem solved. However, upon turning on water, there was a small leak at the p-trap, so there I go again. This time, I decided to go with the rubber type of connectors from Fernco, which come with a clamp on both ends, which securely seals to the ABS tubing. Wow, it came together nicely, and the wife is happy. She's happy, I'm glad. So, if you're looking for that unusual, or, perfect way to do something, give the people at Nelson's Ace Hardware an opportunity. You'll be glad you did.”

They do a good job at trying to taylor their store selection to the local community, for a small hardware store, it's pretty well stocked. If they don't have it, they will get you connected with a nearby store to help you get it. Beats getting lost at the big orange box store.”

“Went all around town trying to get a key cut so I can have a spare for my motorcycle. Most places wanted an outrageous amount of money - lehman’s lock and safe charges $10 a key (no discount for multiple keys), a1 locksmith charges $13 and the rest (lowes, Home Depot, the other corporate owned ace hardwares, and true value) don’t cut blank keys that aren’t already in their inventory. I was able to get my blank key cut here and they charge around $2 per key. Took the guy about two minutes and they didn’t charge me today so I thought I’d pay another way by writing this review. Thanks!!”

“The technician came last week on Monday, he ordered the part while here at my house. The part came in the next day and he had already made the appointment for today! He thought he needed help taking the oven out of the wall. He came today and the helper wasn’t there yet so he got the oven apart and saw he could reach the igniter from inside the oven, he fixed it himself, then the helper got here. The technician was great!”

“I was hesitant to try full scale projections, but BMD has been wonderful. I have only been using my ETC console for a year, but patching the ImagCue into my system was not difficult at all, and Chance was there to help out every step of the way. Everyone at this company, including my account rep Patrick, has been kind and responded immediately to every question. My only drawback was finding a projector that would not break the bank; luckily, I borrowed one from a director friend at another school. I showed my cast the videos Friday, and they were blown away.
