Driver help us determine where the problem (leak) is. It wasn't where the driver said where the leaked i We dig where he said was the leaked. It turned out its the valve and not the line underneath the groundI've been trying to find who can paint the tank. It's all rusted and been trying to call the numbers provided and still nobody come and fix the paintPlease have somebody paint the tank before all rusted and blow up

As a new customer, I had a good experience in the beginning until it came time to pay my bill. A soft credit check was done to see if I qualify for the monthly payment plan in which I did. So I called in to set up a payment plan once I got my invoice. I set it up to be paid off in 4 months. The systems were down so the payment didn’t go through. I was instructed that I could do this online. I went online and signed up for the same deal of 4 monthly payments. When I put my card information in they took the whole amount of the bill instead of a payment. This was over $1,000 just days before Christmas. I called back immediately and was told I would be getting a refund. After a few days passed and no refund, I called back and was told they don’t issue refunds unless there was an overpayment. I said “I did over pay. I was only supposed to make the first payment that’s why I went through the credit check.” The best advice they could give me was to follow up with my bank. Needless to say this company ruined Christmas for my family. This company played with my emotions by saying I would get my money back and then changing their minds soon after. I understand I owed that money but I was not prepared to make the full payment at once. It was a major set back for my family and I and it will take months to recover.

The billing system is confusing. I have three tanks, but deliveries and service technicians often are confused and bill me for the wrong tank or wrong delivery, which causes inaccuracies in the supply. I tried to talk to the support multiple times but it is like they do not communicate with the local crew here at all.

I opened a new account, Amergas came on the wrong day, they did not perform a safety check or check the status of my heater.I can not reach anyone my phone. Error was made on the contract, I am unable to sign up on line or correct the issue. No one will respond on email.I am throughly Disgusted and wish I had never done business with this company. And I'm paying $2.99 for paper billing and have not received a bill.

starting with not being able to talk to a human rep. And when you finally get ahold of someone they cannot speak understandable english. The more automated you become the worse your service is getting. Your driver did not contact me or leave a invoice at my door. we found it on the tank. I watched him the full time he was there tried to get his attention but i am currently disabled and could not leave the house. the delivery time was fine. this was an improvement over the previous 2 deliveries. I am a 20 year plus customer. But I plus several other customers I have talked are considering changing companies.

On November 24th 2023 the day after thanksgiving, Your driver NEVER EVEN came by we live higher off the road and there is ONLY one way to get in and out and we have a camera that alerts every thing that enters, i received a text that said "the propane tank was blocked and the driver couldn't fill the tank" so we called your poor customer service line, the person barely speaks English and he is clueless to what we are trying to explain, but somehow he got the driver to come back. The point of this is your driver's can easily skip services by making up a fake reason.
