Came in to try to get accepted into a clinical trial. It's a very quiet office with one assistant at the desk. He was polite and kind. Having years of experience with clinical trials, I was please to discover a kind, friendly, respectful doctor. She asked questions and informed me later by phone, that I didn't qualify. She was very concerned about something found in my urine and blood samples and urged me to contact my doctor. She went the extra mile and was not arrogant or condescending as I have experienced in other clinical trials. This is a wonderful office. I'm grateful to have met them.

My lab technician, Sam, was so welcoming and nice. I was in and out of the lab in under 10 minutes. He was so efficient! He did a wonderful job and made me feel very comfortable! Thank you!

Westcliff Medical Labs.....these people are absolutely inept!!!!! My wife goes to get her blood drawn for a test. She has to correct the girl doing the paper work THREE times as to the correct way to spell our last name. (It's an easy name to spell...) After three times my wife leaves feeling good that she triple checked the paper work for errors. A week later we get a call that the state testing people refused her blood sample due to the fact that Westcliff misspelled my wife's name. Gr--r-r-r-r-r! Okay, at this point my wife is very upset as it's a major hassle since she works full time and now has to go back to her doctor to get orders for Westcliff to draw her blood again and reschedule the 2nd part of this test (ultra sound) which has to be done one week after the blood test. (she's three months pregnant) So, she goes back to her doctor and gets the paper work, takes it to Westcliff, they draw her blood again, she then reschedules the ultra sound test and I tell her "these things happen, it will be fine now". Well, a week goes by and we get another call from Westcliff....the state facility refused her blood sample again as it had not been "spun" properly before submitting so they have to take ANOTHER blood sample and that it's not there fault, it's the state facility's fault. At this point my wife loses it emotionally. I call them and tell them they need to send someone to our home today to draw more blood after THEY get the blood test orders from my wife's doctor. They send someone to our home to get the blood and I tell them to take TWO samples as I really don't believe they will get it right this time and we only have a few days left in the window of time that this test can be performed. The tech draws the blood and while doing so goes on about how it's all the testing facility's fault. Not so. It is completely Westcliff's fault. We are now trying to setup the ultra sound test for the third time within the window of time it has to be done with the blood test. So...if your doctor sends you to Westcliff, any Westcliff lab, do yourself a favor, a big favor and ask for an alternative place to go!!!!!!!
