I'm currently looking into legal action because I just found out they have been muzzling my dog without my consent or acknowledgment for years now. I have a special needs, paralyzed, immune compromised 30 pound corgi mix that is completely defenseless and cannot even move more than his two front legs. I took him to get his nails clipped today and I requested to be in the room with him to hold him because the last 2 times I got his nails done by them they made his toes bleed and I wanted to see how they clipped him. I work in dog rescue and I am a vet tech myself.. I was shocked and disgusted with how the vet tech was trying to cut his nails. There are safety protocols of how you hold dogs feet when you cut their nails so you don't break toes or nails...and she followed none of them. She was visibly shaking and nervous, mind you my dog is defenseless and paralyzed. She was twisting his toes around hurting him so he yelped and she thought he was going to bite her ( he should have with how she was handling him) and came back to the room saying "hmm I wonder if I quicked him and that is why he growled, let me look" while we waited for another vet tech to assist. She asked if she could muzzle my dog and I said absolutely not because he is an abused dog that was muzzled for torture purposes. I also do not believe in muzzles being used unless it is absolutely necessary, my dog does not bite.I found out they HAD BEEN MUZZLING MY ABUSED PARALYZED DOG WITHOUT MY ACKNOWLEDGMENT FOR YEARS. I was told by a fire truck red haired girl at the front desk with an attitude that my child is always muzzled while she looked at me with a look she should be muzzled for. I have spent thousands of dollars at this vet and thought I could trust them but if it is common practice to do this without the owner's approval then what else is done behind the scenes without our approval? DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.You will hear from my lawyer.

Good quick service. They were able to get me in quickly in an emergency. Doctors are very compassionate and the staff are nice.

10 mins late to appt due to normal traffic fluctuations, and the doctors refuse to see you, no matter what urgent or non urgent condition.Trying to stay loyal after moving a little further away from this clinic is proving not to be worth it.This is definitely solely a business, and not a compassionate Healthcare clinic. I wouldn't be surprised if this mentality permeated throughout all functions of this establishment, including the quality of care.

We had a wonderful experience in our first visit here. My kitten was comfortable and calm the entire time. Dr. Humble was so good with my cat and was very kind and reassuring. I highly recommend the Warner Avenue Animal Hospital.

Best please to take your pet for any of your veterinary needs. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital. The staff and doctors are super knowledgeable and friendly. They truly care for the well being of your beloved companion. They are also affordable. Nash loves Dr. Beshai, Shannon, and Bella the most and the feeling is mutual. They treat him as if he was their own.

There are probably 20 veterinarians closer to my house but I doubt I’ll ever switch because I love this office and all the staff. The office isn’t much to behold but they’ve never gauged me on prices or given me an over diagnoses so many other vets seem to do with high overhead. All the doctors take the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. They’re even open on Saturdays and always see to be able to squeeze me in for more urgent concerns.

Super! I love Dr Chung. She is patient and caring. Dr Chung explains everything that is going on. And then a follow up call a few days later? What?! Amazing! I would recommend this place to everyone!

All the veterinarians I've seen have been great. We have problems almost every time getting meds refilled. Either the request isn't turned in, or no one calls us back like they say they will to let us know it's filled. Plus, they need, at the least, an all-over paint job inside and outside! I feel bad not giving a glowing review because I've gone here for many years, but it seems to be going downhill.

I came here yesterday and spent about $600 on two dogs for blood work for all counts, but I don't know why the total was higher than $200 for blood work (my assumption is that it's due to senior age)My review is a reflection of the pricing but the service is otherwise exceptional to me. I'm worried about the pricing but it could also be due to inflation as of late.

Really great animal hospital with compassion. The prices were very fair and in some cases almost half of what some other vets charge, I recommend give them a call before your check with other vets.

We love bringing our pug in to this vet! They're always so friendly and loving to him. We've been coming here for years, along with their sister location Beach City Animal Hospital. Both are wonderful and so good to our pup!
