Very bad experience. Walgreens offers rewards. And when we go to use them the staff always gets angry when we use them. In particular the manager (male) of this store. He is a Racist. To Hispanic people. They have made us uncomfortable. When he talks to you, he doesn't look up as an attentive way of serving the customer. On the contrary. Ignores you. It's racist. People like that shouldn't be in charge. He is a person who discriminates against Hispanics. Point I will not return there was my favorite store. ??????

The manager of this store on the afternoon shift is a man. He is very despotic with Latin people. Why do they put rewards if when it comes to giving them to you they don't give them to you. Of one. When I made my purchase and gave him my coupon for that purchase. The man very unpleasantly and looking away. It seems like he was looking at the floor instead of the person he is attending to. He told me first you have to give me the coupon and got angry. He canceled my order. People like this. That doesn't help customer service. They wouldn't know it's there. . very bad wait with him..

I went there to purchase some items and send a western union. After ringing my items now its turn for my western, a CSA named DANA with the worst service denied my transaction accused me of fraud in my face because i gave her a government issued ID and my temporary license ( I didn’t receive my permanent yet) saying it should be state Id which isn’t true. On top of that I asked for a manager or a shift lead she yelled no I’m not getting the manager and refused to help. She should learn how to deal with costumers and handle tough situations thats embarrassing . Shortly after a coworker called GAIL came and assisted me nicely showing excellent problem solving skills, such as sweet lady!

My mom and I were looking around to buy some stuff while waiting for our prescriptions and got followed around the entire time- I was literally just trying to search for prenatals?

Honestly I was shocked at some of the reviews I read for this pharmacy. The service at the Fountain Valley Walgreens pharmacy is excellent. I have some significant health issues so I have to visit this pharmacy on an almost weekly basis and I've always had a good experience. The reviews that are complaining seem to be angry about the wait times both in the drive-thru and the inside pharmacy line. Yes, I've waited for a significant amount of time but never because the staff wasn't doing their best. Those people are hustling and trying to deal with the customers at the counter, the customers at the drive-tru, and the customers on the phone. If you watch them they are literally darting around the pharmacy as quickly as possible to fill all the requests. Even at that busy pace, they are all cordial and helpful if you have a question. I wish their corporate office could give them an extra staff person to lighten their loads. These people are an impressive group and I'm very grateful for how much effort they put into their customer service, verifying prices, verifying insurance, consulting with the pharmacist and the list goes on. I'm continually grateful to use this Walgreens as my home pharmacy.

Went to pick up meds for family and have to wait for 1h on the drive tru....couldnt go in bc have my puppers with me. Family insurance was updated on Jan and we had inputed the new data points on the Walgreen App. Apparently, there was an issue and I have to call my fam up to send me their insurance card. The Pharm Tech had the audacity to tell me to go back inline which already had 4+ cars. Within this 2-3 mins of this convo, the car behind me had the nerve to say I need to move my car bc he has been waiting. No shit sherlock, everyone has been waiting. Legit this MF probably waited for 30 mins. Both he and I yelled at each other, ending up with him taking a picture of my license plate. I told him do it bc I also have a camera on the back as well. He then flip me off. I was able to get our meds. Maybe we should move our scripts to somewhere else.

Everytime I come here I end up spending 30+ minutes here just because of how slow the service is. The employees have no sense of urgency. Doesn’t matter if I walk in to the store or I’m in the drive-thru. I have more faith in the ice scream machine at McDonald’s working than me being out of Walgreens in less than 30 minutes. Makes no sense to me…..0/10Would not recommend

I had to write how much I enjoyed the kindness of their employees at this location. I live right behind the Walgreens at harbor and Edinger, but I prefer this location for how I am treated-

I have always had trouble at this pharmacy and have always had to wait for an insane amount of time at the drive thru (sometimes as long as 45 minutes). There is one male employee that has been there forever and he is very nice and works very hard all the time. Last time I went there was a young girl working who needs more training. She made eye contact and then ignored me for about ten minutes. When she finally came to window she was very rude, in fact, I called customer service number because - yes - she was that bad Anyway long story short, I was able to transfer HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS of my parent's prescriptions to OPTUMrx and it has CHANGED MY LIFE. With all of my extra free time not spent in the drive thru I am taking an art class and learning a new language! Goodbye Walgreens.

This review is for the pharmacy and their staff. Ahn and the other pharmacist working today were incredibly helpful with my script. I was able to get through after a couple rings on the phone and they put in a lot of effort trying to get my insurance to cover my medication. When that didn't work, they helped me find a coupon card for it which brought the cost down significantly. There was a bit of a wait when I went to pick up but that's because the pharmacist was helping two patients ahead of me with patience and warmth - how community pharmacies should feel! I really appreciate the friendly and helpful customer service today.

I'm leaving one star because I can't leave zero stars! Our previous pharmacy closed up a couple years ago so we moved our pharmacy needs to this Walgreens. Ever since then, our "pharmacy usage" has been hell! Along with the constant barrage of reminders, messages and unneeded auto refills, the wait for prescription filling and waiting in line for pick ups are astounding! It is not uncommon for a wait of 3 to 5 hours to FILL a prescription! FILL! Then there is the wait for pick up! Between the line in the store and the line in the drive up there is no good choice. One person operates both and they are never swift and without hitches! Because they are in such a hurry, mistakes get made. Thats dangerous! Back to the "autofill". This function seems to befuddle the most intelligent of pharmacists! Apparently, there isn't a single person there, anywhere that can get that machine to work properly. This alone has been a consistent source of pestering that has been driving us nuts for a long time! We have complained and complained and to no avail. Our experience with this Walgreens has been an arduous journey that didn't have to happen. "Customer Care" starts with the attentive detail to its customers! The source of the business! That being said, we are leaving Walgreens and never coming back. Hey Walgreens, if you read this and really care, then you will hire the proper amount and type to run your store efficiently like it should, TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS! Goodbye Walgreens!
