One star due to company making it impossible to reach out to anyone to get the address corrected on a package. Number doesn’t go to the store it goes to the customer service line that makes it impossible to get out of automated service

11am on 9.1.23: line is 10 customers waiting, 2 worker s, Samora takes 15 minutes plus for 1 customer. Wow and still not done!!

We attended our appointment for passport services. First, we were helped by a black lady who did not want to give her name. She was rude, condescending and very dismissive. She was not doing her work as she was taking a break after every client then we finally 45 minutes late we were called for our appointment, Sandra tried to help us, but she was also very rude and not helpful. We finally decided to leave and go to a private business that could help us with the same service for an additional fee just to mention Sandra was very helpful to the previous customer, who was her own ethnic group and spoke very little English. I will not return to that office again.

Worst location ever, there's a Hispanic short lady that's always have an attitude and always just rude with anybody she interacts with. There is also a Hispanic older lady that works in the front with glasses that acts the same and just like the rest of the building. I'm filing a HUGE complaint because those people make it hard on everyone else and if you don't like or want to do your job YOU WILL NOT WORK THERE. everyone please be aware the service and attitude at this location is shitty.

I got a real bad service. I filled out the form to send stuff to my sister in COLORADO, I am in California. There are two section, one has label FROM, one label TO. AT label FROM I wrote RECEIVE, at label TO I wrote SENDER.After realizing I did wrong, I crossed out label FROM and replace TO: I also crossed out TO and replace FROM.But the clerk did not check the LABEL, he send back to sender. Next day I came back due to the package back to me. I make a complaint the clerk, and asked them to redo. But the different clerk said I have to pay again. I asked them to talk to the manager or supervisor, they came out and didn't do or redo.....I really upset due to a bad bad service. My receiver said she'll pay for that but I came to other station at BOLSA with a clerk in front, not even I have to talk to the manager the first conversation . just one time they redo it for me at NO CHARGED. I swear I never come back to this station again.....If there is 0 star* I would give them....

I get it. Nobody really likes going to the post office and this place is no exception. It really makes me miss the ones I go to in Anaheim and Garden Grove. First off, there's 2 entrances to this place. Which, on its face seems like a good idea, but when I entered the lot from the side with the turn traffic light, I had to move over to the right because the exiting car from there was over a bit too much, before the onslaught of cars trying to leave coming at me from the head on direction in addition to those coming from the opposite direction also trying to find parking. In theory it's a good idea but in practice, the bad drivers here make it rather chaotic. Although there are several windows, the place only had 2 workers at 3:30pm on a Friday. If you're pressed for time and aren't as lucky as I was to hit it before the crowd, be prepared for a wait. I imagine that may be where a lot of the low ratings may be coming from. Parking isn't a problem to me because it seemed like they had a fair amount of spaces. They're just understaffed, which I can guess adds wait time during peak hours.
