Visited the Newhope location today. I was in and out to purchase a passport. The clerk Sandra was very professional and knowledgeable. A pleasant experience.

It's 50/50 when you go to this post office. It can be a great time or a nightmare. Great service or horrible service depends who you get as a teller. Parking is usually a joke. I've been to worse post office. This one isn't the worst. If you want a quicker post office go to the one off Susan St.
