Walked in to drop off a package and asked the gentleman how his day was, to which I was responded snidely, it will be better when I’m off in 3 minutes as if it was an inconvenience for me to be a customer. He also proceeded to turn another customer away and lock the door at 4:29.

Been coming here for ever but the last time I went the service was so slow. The line was getting longer and longer. Maybe hire some more employees? Plus the staff, not friendly at all.

This is my new go-to place for amazon returns because the service is fast and efficient. They might have high turnover amongst their employees who tend to be on the younger side, but that has never affected the quality of service. Kohl's return is ok but too far to drive to, and Whole Foods sucks because their amazon return station is always closed due to lack of staff. How ironic since WF is owned by Amazon.
