Been calling to make an appointment for a week straight. The reception picks up and then transfers you. You’re on hold for who knows how long. They never pick up. I don’t get how they have clients when you can’t even schedule an appointment with them.

I called 7 times and no one answered the phone. Some calls went to voice-mail but the voice mail was full. This is a medical facility refered by Optum. Why is a large company like Opum, contracting with facilities that provide such deplorable customers service? This is a deservice to patients and the medical community.

I MADE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE AND THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM AND ASK FOR INFORMATION, WHEN I ARRIVED EVERYONE AT THE RECEPTION WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE WAIT WAS MINIMAL. THE D RX TECHNICIAN WAS FRIENDLY TO MY DAUGHTER AND ME. FOR MY CONVENIENCE IT IS BETTER TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, SO ONE MORE HAPPENS FAST.

Staff in the the front was decent. I didn't have to wait long. And the staff in back and the Dr were amazing. Nurses were nice and compassionate. Same with the Dr. Front office doesn't answer the phone but they do call you back to make appt.

They where running behind... my 88 year old mother drunk the fluids and had to use the restroom constantly..didn't let Us know until I complained, waiting for over an hour...no respect for patients time...

I had my breast biopsy yesterday and one of the nurses there was extremely rude to me for literally no reason. I got out from there very disappointed and couldn't stop crying. If she couldn't suppport patients at least not to increase their pain. Patients already suffering their pain and couldn't stand rude and tough people to increase the pain over and over.

The worst service I have ever had, they don't have the slightest idea of what customer service is, the man at the reception is rude and despotic, I had to see what a bad response he gives to people, it is disastrous, they give you an appointment at a hour and you have to wait another hour for them to attend to you, it would be good if they gave them a customer service course, that is, the people who gave me the exam, they are excellent, careful and very kind people, they are the only people who They are worth that place.

They gave me the wrong address which caused me to be 19 mins late and they were not accommodating. Forced me to reschedule. Will need to try another location and use Google maps for the correct address.

Today I went to get my Ultrasound for my abdominal pelvic, and my Transvaginal.I was nervous going in.But Amanda did a great job!She put me at ease, and checked if I was OK.

They have worst receptionists. Either they don’t pick up the calls at all, never returned your voicemail, or put you on hold for a long time and hang up. How do patients even schedule an appointment with this kind of customer service???
