True ZERO customer service company. Most expensive and unreliable hydrogen stations. Each time I/my hydrogen car owner friends called, either was/were transferred nowhere or had some bossy technicians hung up the phones. As hydrogen car owners, we feel to fill hydrogen by luck. That is NOT the right way to run a business.

Don't buy hydrogen cars(Mirai) it's down at numerous times that you may end up need to be tow. Even couple stations near by are down at the same time

Clean. It's a hydrogen, I was driving by and wasn't sure if they had other alternative fuels like CNG, by no CNG, they only have different pumps for hydrogen.

Attendant at this location was helpful and took time to explain the process. Attendant is not affiliated with gas station and True Zero should have an attendant at EVERY STATION until they have system situated where pumps are not OFF LINE AS OFTEN AS THEY ARE NOW

Think twice before buying a hydrogen car. Almost every True Zero station in Orange County is offline. Both Costa Mesa stations are offline. Fountain Valley is offline, Anaheim is offline, and Seal Beach is offline. OC stations are generally offline. You would be surprised how much time you spend searching for hydrogen and how far out of your way you need to drive to get it.

leaving long beach station again no fuel.. system shows operational. Wish true zero realized this is the real world and not some make believe world where poor service is acceptable. Today i had customer service in London and no understanding of American system. Kept asking if machine gave me my card back. After 20 minutes on phone with lack of service customer service and 3 attempts with different cards for payment and assuring me it would work. After 4 try she simply says I will contact tech. really 45 minutes dealing with this. True Zero you waste peoples time on a broken system, this is nothing new figure your Sh** out, and fix the issue. Poor service can not be in your mission statement. I find you recent raise in the fuel charges and still provide inadequate to NO services takes Hue Vos.. TRUELY ZERO customer Care

7/18/21 update: After weeks of “repairs” this station is still unpredictable and useless. Still no full tanks. Goes down randomly. It’s frustrating because this station has great potential since it’s the only one in the area with 4 pumps. Please get this right!

3 out of 3 times I came to this station so far it has always been down despite having "Online" status. Upon arriving, I get to meet the fellow frustrated Mirai owners calling fuel station customer support in despair. Please stay away from this Station.

The worst station by far. Low fills, constant problems with hose disengagement, extremely slow filling on two out of four pumps. Avoid.
