Requested style: The technician was rude and gave me attitude after she asked me if her drawing of the design was okay and I asked kindly if she could redo it. She then straight up told me she can’t do the design. She was also rough with trimming my cuticles and cut it way too deep.
Cleanliness: The technician did not even wash her hands after doing someone else’s pedicure.

1. Don’t do design nails with them, bad painting & lack of equipment 2. Bad hygiene, they don’t clean equipments frequently and clean hands when switching between customers 3. Inconsistent price

Kind staff, they have the callus machine, clean bright open space. Would recommend! Comes out to $35 for a pedicure with callus removal

Asked Thuy for milky white dip nails with chrome and she DELIVERED!! Thuy is very detailed oriented, patient, and quick working. I recommend this place to all my friend and family. Ask for Kathy if you need a pedicure. Can't wait for my next appt!

This was my second time here and probably my last. As a Christmas gift my boyfriend was gifted a spa gift card to which he didn't want but knowing I never get massages or the like / he realized I could get manicures and pedicures. It's not at very many places but this place accepts it. I wish I could sing the high praises that I would like to but I just can't. First off, they're extremely nice and the salon is huge. They also offer an array of different options. I went on a Tuesday, I was only 1 of 2 people in there so it was quiet. I had two very nice woman working on both my hands and feet. I opted not to get gel on my fingers because I have a girl who specializes in designs and I knew I was going to be seeing her soon but I figured it was free so why not just get a regular mani. It was great, service was amazing but the manicure chipped within 2 days. I know gel is always better but to chip within a few days - my nails last longer when I do them myself at home. The second time I went was again on another Tuesday a few weeks later to use up my gift card. A nice woman did my nails and I thought she did a good job but once I was in my car and inspected my nails I realized they were very splotchy and in the sunlight, see through. Some of my nails were ragged too. Like she didn't properly file them so I had to once I got home which sucks because these were inevitably the nails I got engaged in when my bf (now fiancé) surprised me. They seemed like they had loyal costumers and decent reviews but perhaps my standards are just different.

Got a pedicure from here almost 2 weeks ago and was so excited for my cute toes! But I ended up getting a nasty case of bacterial paronychia from my pedicure here. Their hygiene practices seemed pretty normal while I was there so I can’t identify the cause, but I think my nail tech must have dug at my cuticle too much or used some tools that weren’t fully sterilized or something to cause the infection. This is the first time I’ve ever gotten any type of nail infection ever (and I’ve gotten a lot of manicure and pedicures at many different places) so its highly unlikely I’ll ever return to Tracy Nails so as to avoid this happening again. Which is a bummer, because my nails ended up cute. Gave some stars since they made my toenails cute, deducted some stars due to the potential issues in hygiene practices that I can only guess were the cause of my nail infection.

So 15 years later, and change of ownership, this place is still amazing! I still had great service by the SAME lovely Rose who helped make my little feet look sweet! Thank you so much for the perfect pedicure!

Penny did my pedicure as a walk-in on a Sunday, great service, affordable price, & nice facility! Highlights: - Spacious, air-conditioned, & clean facility with restrooms - Facility is nicely kept/decorated and does not look at all run-down or dated, with a nice seating area - Massage chairs are new with the remote built into the arm-rest - Obviously posted, easy-to-read service menu - Wide variety of services: nails, hair, lashes, facials, massage - Very friendly, warm, professional customer service - Affordable price ($25 pedicure) - Good service: pedicure included warm lotion/oil, warm, essential oil-scented towels, and a 5 minute massage (Penny gave the BEST massage), my polish turned out great and my nails are even - They take card, cash, Venmo, & Zelle - Station with dryers for non-gel polish on hands or feet

This was my second time at this very clean, friendly and beautiful salon. Customer service is very good and prices reasonable. I go for pedicures and so far, have not been disappointed. The comfy massage chair is also a bonus. The technician that gave me a lovely pedicure with a warm leg and foot massage is Chau. So, when you need either a pedicure or mani-pedi, please choose her.
