Came here for a pedicure and facial which was done by Lani. I'm really happy with how my nails came out and my skin feels refreshed after the facial! She is the sweetest manicurist and really pays attention to detail. I recommend this place if you're in the area.

Bad customer service, the main lady kept saying i needed a facial because of my acne which wasn't very nice, I understand trying to do business but that's not the way to do it. The other lady that does nails is rude

Can someone email or call me for a refund. This is not what I wanted :( I let her know it was bumpy, uneven, thick. When I did let her know she said she knew continued to do them wrong then was really rough after I said something and my fingers are all cut up. I don't think I should've paid $70 for these I had to go to another salon after 7pm to have them fix them. Total spent $106 I work with my hands and hard for my moneys. The lady who fixed them said both hands were different lengths and my pinky nail is lifting etc. I've been here before the past four years

Bea does my waxing & doesn't hurt. Even my underarms. Van has been taking care of my acrylic nails for over a year. They are all very sweet, kind & flexible. Can't say enough good things about these gals.

The staff is amazing and they provide the best pedicure I have had! I have been in Fountain Valley for almost 4 years and tried many nail salons and finally found the best one! Kim, Lenny and Bea are all wonderful.

I've never been big on getting my nails done due to past experiences at other salons treating me poorly due to being a masculine presenting lesbian. I came in as a walk in a few months back and was taken care of by bae. She was extremely kind and even gave me her person phone number for future appointments or questions. Ever since then I've been a regular coming in ever 2 weeks. I love this place so much, I've taken many friends and family, and my sister even got her nails done here before her wedding. All the staff here is great and they all pay close attention to detail. I cannot give this place enough praise.

Saying that I have neglected, my feet is an understatement! Luckily, some solid yelp reviews for Tip Line and a wonderful woman named Brenda came to the rescue! I just had a wonderful spa pedicure experience at this location. The interior is clean, the staff are kind and courteous, and the tools/scrubs used were first class! The smells of these wonderful scrubs and lotions were divine. I have very sensitive skin, and none of the products irritated me at all. They happened to have one seat free when I called in so I rushed on over! So very glad I did. Thank you for a lovely experience and what feel like brand-new feet. Talk about "happy feet"!

I would be lying if I said I’d give this place a second chance. For $60 plus tip my nails started peeling within the hour I got them done. I am not confrontational, I took my loss.

If I could give negative stars I would. Not only is this place completely overpriced, they literally cannot do their job. If you tell what she wanted and what she got is completely not the same. So here we are at a new nail salon getting them fixed. The acrylic doesn't even cover the whole nail, it's over and completed bubbled. The nail spot we are at right now is completely appalled. Please do not go here. The lady was pushy to sale more and more and then didn't understand why my daughter was crying, these where supposed to be for prom.
