I am very pleased. I ordered a Subwoofer which, over the last few months I have had difficulty locating one. I was little skeptical given past experiences with some other places, but they had it Shipped the day I ordered it, and, if it wasn't for a mix-up on UPS's part, it would have arrived in 2 days.. which is impressive. Other places have told me this particular item is on back order for months. I contacted the owner about the UPS issue and he told me that if it came to it, he would just send me another one and file a claim with them. Thank you, again my friend.Robert W.San Diego.
