Usually an open stall when I come but it does sometimes have a wait. The chargers work for the most part. Convenient location by the freeway. Lots of shops and food around for while when you wait

Easy access and was not too busy when we got there, just a basic location though.

Slow charging, speed varies, 62kw is most I’ve gotten…definitely no where near listed 250kw

Among the 16 Supercharger stalls are 9 regular non-charging parking spaces, all of which are somewhat segregated from general parking within this large shopping center. There's ample room to maneuver into the charging stalls, which is something I appreciate. The 9 regular parking spots are great for waiting your turn to charge, and occasionally customers of the surrounding businesses may park among them, but there's still plenty of room elsewhere to wait your turn. There are many businesses in the shopping center, including a Costco, McDonald's, Taco Bell, and a Starbucks. If I had to change one thing about this Supercharger location it would be adding trees for shade. Other than that, it deserves my five-star rating.

Pros: 1. Next to a Costco and Petsmart, so you can charge your car while you shop, or shop (or go to the restroom) while you charge. 2. The "dead end" layout means that the first person in line will get the next spot (vs. some where another person can cut in line from the other side) Cons: 1. Not the fast 250 charger but only 150kw 2. Had to wait for a spot 3. The "dead end" layout also means that if you go in and there isn't a spot, or you are facing the wrong way, then it's hard to turn around and go back out.

Many of the chargers are not working on 9/26 at lease three of them are not working. The line is completely insane. The shopping center attached with this location is mediocre at best with shopping options of Starbucks, Subway, TMobile, Petsmart, Costco, and a few other stores. Nothing really that great. Worst part is the chargers not working though.

Came into town from NorCal to my daughters Fastpitch tournament and needed to charge up. This location had a spot of its own and multiple chargers. The unfortunate part of this is there were multiple chargers that were not working and limited space and the parking is tight. It is a high usage supercharger station and you are limited to 80%. There are a lot of supercharger stations to use in the area so choose mindfully when going to this charger or any that are tiny spots. Utilize the Tesla feature showing the supercharger stations when picking wh here you want to charge. What is great is even though there is not a sign for the line most people were respectful you were parked before supercharger waiting to charge next. Good luck and stay safe

This is tough. I came from the Inland empire where we had the best supercharger at Summit. Coming to the OC that is known for having a lot of Tesla's, I would have expected greatness. What I got, is either you have to pay to charge because the parking is in a garage where you pay, or a busy Costco parking lot. Obviously I'll take the free park any day, but it's really congested. They should have made the stalls further apart so there's a bigger aisle. We manage, but I'm always afraid someone is going to hit something. Very handy with Costco, $0.99 store, food, etc. Pet store too. People dragging carts all over the place.

Easy to find a spot, was a little crowded. However, that was because I went during a holiday week. Overall convenient location.
