Purchased an outdoor fire pit over three years ago and it stopped working about 1.5 years in. Tried working with the store to get an insurance claim filed to repair and replace the faulty coils as apparently this was a known issue with my particular fire pit. The unit was around $3,500, so you'd expect the quality to be better than that. Cindy has been little to no help in getting this part replaced after spending the past 6+ months in limbo trying to get someone out here to fix it. Don't waste your time or money here!

This is the most overpriced store in SoCal. We purchased a set for over $4k and they couldn’t deliver in time so we cancelled it. They promised a refund which we didn’t get and called on several times. It took over 18 MONTHS to get a refund! Now we are filing a lawsuit for interest just because they continued to lie. The lawsuit will be for travel time, expenses, and interest and will now cost them more than the furniture… Scummy company! Later we found a set very very similar for 1/4 of their price. Shop Elsewhere….

It was a such a pleasure to meet Terri! My mother and I enjoyed working with her to find the right furniture pieces for our needs. She was straight forward and to the point by asking the right questions. I love that Terra works as a team. We bought the Harborside collection and were please with the white glove delivery and efficiency.

We ordered a teak table and 4 chairs for our porch. Not only was the quality great, but i have never had such a wonderful customer service experience. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

The delivery team was good. The negatives are, your products are lacking finer touches…Swivels were not available on some chairs. Bar and counter stools lack adjustable leg levelers.

Terra outdoor furniture is beautiful and high quality. The customer service is exceptional. Lost my California purchased furniture in hurricane Ian in SW Florida. Terra made replacing it from across the country easy. It arrived very timely, well packaged and undamaged. Very happy!
