I switched to AT&T from T Mobile in January 2023, and it was a bad choice. When I signed a contract with them, the representative calculated the total was only $160. However, when the bills came out, it's more than 20% of the number. Then, after several months, the bill was up again. I called them and they said it was up because I paid through my credit card! I have to pay the bill directly from my bank to keep the same price. Then today, I got the bill up to $245. Now, I have to call them to get an explanation . I want to end the contract with them. Updated! I called the customer service today. After they let me wait for a while and transferred me to the third representative , I was told that the plan (which was offered when I signed the contract) had retired and AT&T ends a plan every 2 years. Therefore, my plan was ended without my agreement , and they put me in a plan that is up more than $60 compared to last month bill. The company and store are not reliable . I want to rate the company and the store negative stars if Yelp has that selection .

T-Mobile Brookhurst Fountain Valley has a really great retail store manager John Hong. If you are overwhelmed when switching from another carrier to T-Mobile and setting up your new phone go see John Hong at the FV T-Mobile location. He is very patient and professional while managing the whole store. He took me through the process step by step and made sure I understood what I needed to do and why so I could finish the setup of my new phone and erase my old phone. Switching to T-Mobile was very easy and a great deal too.

They are very difficult in returning internet devices. Everything can be look up by online through account# and ID? phone number and serial number, but they want a RECEIPT. They are lazy, specially the store manager.

I came in to upgrade my phone and was having problems with my account accepting my trade in. The manager John, made sure I could still place my order. John and his associate, Emad, went way out their way to make it happen and solve every issue I had going on. This was after different tmobile store told me to come back because they couldn't solve it. I definitely recommend this tmobile and their amazing crew

Really bad customer service! It maybe only one person who did this but it made the whole store look bad. I was just in for the free T-Mobile Tuesday mug but one person made us wait for more than 15 min. There were at least 10 more behind me waiting for the just for the mug. It will only take about 10 seconds to out the mug for each person. I understand that they need to take the names but to make people wait for more than 15 min is really ridiculous! I would really think twice on coming back to this location. They can't even give good service for a simple T-mobile freebies.

I had an issue with phone and Allen was so helpful and shared some best practices with me, I will definitely recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. I will definitely come back to buy a new phone when needed.

Great customer service from knowlegeble and outgoing associate Mayra(sp). She addressed all of the many concerns and requirements with poise and grace without talking down to me. I'm a retired IT Dinosaur stuck in the 3G era and she patiently educated me on benefits of the newer technolies. I recommend associate Mayra(sp) to anyone that wants and expects Nordstrom level of customer service.

Don't even bother coming to this T-Mobile location. Walk in everybody's sitting on the chairs. Nobody bothers to stand up and greet you. They're not willing to help you. They look like they don't want to work there.

I really do not want to come back to this location again. Today, Diana is giving an attitude over an unsatisfactory accessory that I am trying to return. She is talking over me and wont even let me explain whats wrong with it. Even yesterday, I didn't feel a pleasant welcome from the other Hispanic girl. The Asian guy who offered to help was nicer. One of the three accessories does not fit in my car and the screen protector is making my phone look like it has grid lines. Make sure you check to see if it is a right product before you exit.

One of the worst companies for customer service. Their employees don't always know their policies and give false information. They have also said they would do things, but then they don't follow through. They claim they make notes on the account, but then subsequent representatives can never find the notes so you have to start all over again. The customer service people typically lie about returning phone calls, and the one time I ever got someone to return a call (because they claimed they needed more time), they called the wrong number. I also had the unfortunate experience of trying to return equipment to two different stores, and each time we were told you don't have to return this equipment. Now that I've closed the account and no longer have the equipment, they want the equipment back or they will charge me $289. Unbelievably horrible company to do business with.
