Well , my apartment is on renovation and I was looking for to book in a nice local hotel couple of days. I thought this place has perfect location between Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley ... to my surprise I've read the reviews specifically 1 & 2 stars what an awful place: customer service, rooms it's so shameful that in our beloved Orange county ( specially close to the beach ) they offer such a bad service I think The City Hall should pay attention to this kind of things if they want their permits to be renovated.

The breakfast for the extra fee is only available 7am-9am and consists of coffee, bagel or danish.

Room was quite noisy as the hotel is located right on a large street. Parking costs $10, no safe in the room. There are certainly quieter rooms facing the inner courtyard.

You have to pay for the room AND a $250 deposit on top of that. The deposit won’t be returned until 3-5 business days. That’s robbery and won’t stay here again

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Celebrating my daughter’s birthday we decided to stay at the hotel. I had a reeces peanut butter cup that fell and stained the sheets. I got charged an extra $120. I was told I would get a refund then called and said I would not since it stained the mattress. I know it didn’t since it didn’t go under the sheets. Never staying at any of their hotels again.

Staff were friendly however they seemed really embarrassed about the restrictions faced. Breakfast was extremely limited and unappealing. No bar which wasn't advertised. Unable to get tea and coffee except at breakfast. Got back about 5ish and still couldn't get a hot drink!! Fridge in room didn't work and some of the power outlets didn't work. Extremely poor for the price.

It was horrible as the front desk girl acted like a little hoodlum; she was a cholita. She was very rude, absolutely no class so you can tell they don’t train the employees.Rooms: She denied telling me that there was a microwave but she clearly said that.

Check-in was fairly straightforward late at night, but the following morning we noticed what appeared to be feces smeared on multiple walls. We notified staff and were told they would do a thorough cleaning while we were out. Upon our return a few of the spots had been cleaned, but not all. They offered to switch rooms. The following morning cockroaches started showing up. We checked out.
