When I went to the register to ask for help I learned that you must check in first and a salesperson will come to you, like the Apple Store. I didn't really peruse any of the items out on the floor but the Mens' restroom was clean and smelled pretty good (for a bathroom) seemed to be an adequate amount of employees hovering about for the number of shoppers when I walked through to use their restroom.”

“I absolutely love Snail’s Pace. Ive come here multiple times for both every day walking shoes and running shoes.
I always do their free fit test which consists of standing and walking on a mat that takes measurements of your feet and pressure distribution as well as walking on a treadmill to determine certain things (in my case, pronation). This is why I don’t buy sneakers online
Last but not least!.. The customer service is ?. Nobody here is pushy or sales-y. I never feel like I’m being upsold on a pair of shoes that don’t fit my needs. And everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. This time around, Kenny helped me out and he was top notch. Can’t recommend him enough along with the rest of the Snail’s Pace crew.”
