Met the nicest person at Sam's. Her name is Patty & works in the cafe. She seems to goes out of her way to help everyone in the store. She helped me with me looking for an item and her smile, made me feel very special member. Appreciate everyone at Sam's, but this lady really made my day. I will never forget her name, because we have the same name. :) Thank you Patty

The Scan & Go app speeds shopping but still gotta stand in line at exit, depending what time you go.

The parking lot situation is terrible. If you order for pick up, it takes long time, you have to go inside to get there attention. If your in a hurry don't come here. It's a mess. Make time to come in and shop.

Very similar to HB Costco, and lots of parking. From the 405 N exit brookhust, it is located after Slater ave just before Warner. Left side of Brookhust.

So I went to buy some pizzas for the kids at the food court waited for over 30 minutes in line just to be told we’re not taking cash right now I asked the guy it’s cool but why don’t you guys have a sign up saying no cash to which he just laugh and said I normally do but I forgot today and resume laughing I let one of the employees know she let the manager know and they said they are supposed to call for change if they don’t have any they apologize great service by the other employees and the manager but the food court staff sucked

Usually go to the Sam's on Carson, but just happen to be near Fullerton today. Hardly any line at the gas station and was able to get a fully charged electric cart in the store. Found the items I wanted as well as a few impulse items to try out. Everyone, customers and staff, were pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Never ever answer their phone which is unbelievable ?
Customer service not enough to help and if u want to return anything u need a process!!!!
Online customer service are much better than being in the club
