Had a lot of feminine dresses. Got a billabong dress that I really liked. $8.99/dress. There were two dressing rooms open out of like 5 and the rest of them were closed.

Purchased 6 items and put 1 item back to the rack next to the checkout but the cashier didn't notice and she charged me a total of 7 items.
When I was wondering why the total price was higher than I calculated, the cashier asked me if I wanted to pay or she'd serve the person behind me. There was only 1 person in the line but she acted like there's a crowd behind!
I paid, walked out and walked back telling her that there're 6 items in my bag while the receipt says 7. She replied that because I didn't tell her I didn't want the 7th item. I said okay so the item I put back still here on the rack, so can I take it now because I was charged for it anyway. She didn't reply and gave my money back without looking at me.
Buyers be aware of your money and how you are going to be treated here!

Really nice store with welcoming staff and no "thrift" smell. Engaged in conversation with several volunteers. Always nice to interact with those that are serving. Pricing is appropriate unlike some thrift stores flaunting retail prices. Manager Michael was interested in knowing my thoughts of his store compared to other Salvation Army stores I've visited. Liked how the furniture was staged with area rugs under beds etc.. We will frequent this location as often as possible! Keep up the good work Michael!

I stopped by over the weekend to see what kind of nik nacks I could find. Absolutely nothing. If you're looking for clothes you might be in luck because they have rows and rows of clothes. But as far as treasures zero. I wouldn't return unless I was donating something.

Extremely over priced. Have you forgotten you are a THRIST STORE?! Used items with scratches! And you have the nerve to charge $50 for a side table. Y'all are so ridiculous. Get a god damn grip. Clearly y'all are going BROKE but I'm never coming back to this over priced bullshit store again.

I haven't been here in almost a year and wow the prices have increased a lot. I saw a cute lamp and was shocked to see it was priced at $299. That is ridiculous, considering it was donated and obviously used. I think the workers are usually pleasant, but if items aren't clearly marked, they seem to make up their own prices. I was trying to purchase a cardigan, and the woman working said that she was going to charge me for a jacket, which is $3 more because it had buttons and opened up completely. When I questioned her, she said it was a new thing at the Salvation Army, and cardigans that opened in the front completely were considered jackets. I didn't end up purchasing it because that doesn't even make any sense

Whoever is pricing the furniture is out of control. This is a modern day mid century reproduction of regular computer desks and they have it priced for $499 with the chair?? Found the actually desk BRAND NEW without all the scratches and scuffs online for $359. And the desk has 2 stars out of 5. It's on sale. Im sure if I took a little bit more time, I can find it for even cheaper. And I can probably price check all the furniture including the antiques via eBay. Whoever is pricing the furniture thinks they work at Christie's. Guys, you need to check yourselves. These aren't high valued antiques. You've got some old pieces but they still do not justify the pricing. I could look up the chair too but it's not worth the effort. Think I got my point across. I do a lot of shopping, new, thrifted, antique, and otherwise and you need to lower prices on your lamps/furniture! I've been irked for a while now but after seeing this atrocity today... it's about time I leave my feedback. Re-train your people, Salvation Army! Normal people do not make donations of high valued items they can sell it themselves on Craigslist, eBay, Etsy or offer up. Especially in this economy. That desk should be around $100 based on then used appearance. The chair $35. That stuff doesn't cost much brand new. It's not real gold folks. Have mercy.

My first trip to this S.A. was wonderful. It is larger than the one in HB with more selection, more furniture, and very kind employees. The manager was was working alongside his staff on the floor and assisting customers. I purchased a large piece and was told to go around the back to pick up my item after I show my receipt. When I went to the back after loading my toddler in the car I was pleasantly surprised that the manager and another staff member were waiting for me to pull up to load my item. Such a kind gesture and I appreciated it so much! I will be donating all my items to Salvation Army after learning that a certain other popular "thrift store" in my neighborhood is for-profit, it's as if I'm giving my stuff to Mark Walsh for free and he is turning around and selling it for ridiculous amounts of money for his own benefit. Wake up people, he's getting rich off our stuff! Donate to Salvation Army, it is for a worthy cause! 75% of purchases go toward their program to help those in need.

I love this location, mainly due to the spacious parking space. I always get email notification when there's a sale going on. The plaza Salvation Army locates in has a lot of business I go to so it's a win-win location :D

The store is large and selection is vast, but the quality and trendiness of women’s outerwear isn’t great. They sort their items by color rather than size (which is how Goodwill does it), which makes shopping a bit more inefficient. Of the two long racks I perused for women’s outerwear, I only liked and bought one S tan Lush fleece jacket for $12.99. Not bad, but I found better women’s outerwear at the Goodwill of Orange County in Costa Mesa.
