I don’t recommend coming to this location. I am a fan of Sally’s, but this specific one is a disgrace. I asked the employee what the sales were for the week, she showed me everything that was on sale and explained them. As I was shopping as she hovered over me, she never once said they weren’t apart of the sale in-fact she said they were. When I went to the register to use my credit I was confused how there was a balance when the sales were “buy two get one free all hair products” and “buy two get one free hair dye” there was even a display with the sale sign where I picked from. Then when she rang me up she told me everything I picked out was not on sale. I pointed to it, and she didnt even notice herself I’m the one who pointed out that the sale said it expired 2 days ago. As a courtesy, I’m sure it is company policy to honor the sale price being that the employers didn’t update the signs. Nope she did not offer the discount. Extremely unprofessional I will never be returning to any Sally’s location after that.

I walked into the store while I was on a phone call, and when the tall ombre short associate asked me if I needed help, I signaled no.She chased me down the hallway hollering the same question, and stood less than a foot behind me to ask me again, very agitated and upset, asking "Ma'm, ma'm, do you need help?".I finished my call and told her no, thanks.She walked away and hollered at me "at least you should have said that". She wanted to interrupt my conversation and it was clearly not enough for her that I signaled "no".Then I started looking for the product I had found online and had on my phone, and she kept hovering at me, chasing me around and staring at me the rest of my visit, until I paid and left.

When I walked to the counter with my purchase the young lady with long bleached blonde hair looked at the item I wished to purchase and said to me “this is blue shampoo”. to wich I responded “ok”. She then says “this is for brunettes so it’s not going to work for your hair”. To wich I responded “ that’s what I’m getting”. She then with attitude says “she’s gonna ring you up and hands it to another girl and then stands right next to her with her phone camera pointed directly at me while staring down at her phone. The other girl finishes ringing me up and I leave all while I’m holding my child in my arms I don’t understand why she treated me so rudely I am a licensed cosmetologist I know very well what I came here to purchase I don’t appreciate how rudely I was treated.

Most ridiculous place. They have a phone, but it doesn’t work, so it just rings and rings and rings… a $20 fix, but the OWNER is TOO LAZY to fix it!!! ????????Also, they do not carry wig tape! ?♂️

They DO NOT honor the love it or return it. I tried to return some hair dye that did not deposit any pigment and they did not accept it. She said that it had been 2 weeks already even though the receipt says you can return within 60 days. I would not visit this Sally Beauty location.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. They don't honor the love it or return it policy. I came in with some hair dye to return that I bought 2 weeks ago. Earlier I sent an email to their customer service which stated that I could return it if I had the rest of the product and the receipt. I had both so I walked in and the employee would not honor their policy. She said that I had to return it within a week (even though the receipt stated that i could return it within 60 days). I'm sorry but not all of us have free time, what a waste of time and money. She was also the one who recommended me that particular hair dye...

had a brief but great experience at this location! the young woman working at the counter patiently explained which dye was best for me and was incredibly lovely to talk to. didn't catch her name but she had blue hair and called me sugar ☺️

Long story short, its no ones fault but there was a problem with my order not being canceled right. I went ahead and bought the items myself, my same order was still delivered. I'm JUST trying to return this order. The manager I asked to speak with was RUDE AS HELL for no reason. Via phone of course.

Fountain Valley Sally's Beauty, is a great store with excellent customer service. The previous Sally's I used to go to nearer me had the worst customer service and attitude. This Sally's assistants are very knowledgable and friendly. Liz is my go to, she is always so helpful. A sweetheart

Went in for a can of hair spray that was marked at 9.79 was charged 15$ store said they forgot to change the tags sounds like false advertisement to me!

For an incredibly long time, Liz has gone above and beyond for myself and my mom. She's knowledgeable, kind, and makes going to sally's an awesome, educational experience!
