I went in recently to shop around because I was around the area after work, and I couldn’t help but notice the terrible attitude one of the workers had, manager actually! My jaw dropped with the way she talked to her workers, truly disgusting to see and hear. Katty needs to learn how to manage an establishment better because I don’t understand where her entitlement comes from. Genuinely makes me sick and will NEVER shop there again because of it. Have never had to deal with hearing a manager speak like this to workers, Katty does not deserve any sort of management position.

As I'm waiting in line MULTIPLE CASHIERS are yelling at people to go to the BACK OF THE store and wait in a different line....
I go back there to find the line is longer... then I go back to the original line, get YELLED AT MORE, and the cashiers decide to walk away... meanwhile supervisor is standing there with hands in his pockets....
Yelling at customers IS NEVER ACCEPTABLE

The issue with Ross is usually long, long lines and 2 checkers. My last visit to do a quick return was no exception.

It's a lower volume store. The racks were 90% full, with an unimpressive selection. It was clean and well-kept which can't be said for most Ross stores. I found a cool canopy for my dog. That was about all I could get excited about.

You definitely get what you pay for at Ross stires. This people need serious customer service trainning!!! It's the same in all ross stores! Its all about management..they give you the customer service they learned in their country.I went to return a ,blouse,the manager Maria made me wait on Line a while while she finished socializing with her employe.i had 3 receipts She said she couldn't find the item on my receipt. She then told me to move to the side so she could help somebody else...there was 1 more person on line. I went back in line and returned my item They do not really have ANY RESPECT, PROFESSIONALISM OR IDEA OF WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE IN OUR COUNTRY.ILL PAY 8 TO 10 dollars more and go to Tjmax!!

i always love going to this ross. They always have new stock of toys every 3 days and other neat home stuff too. The Amazon locker here is pretty neat as well to pick up my packages in a safe place.

security guard doesn't know how to do his job. Overall customer service was very poor really unfortunate for Ross. I will not come to this establishment ever again. One star doesn't even cover how bad my experience was

Located right next to Costco which I found super convenient, I forgot Costco closed early on Sunday, so I had more time to spend here. Well, I had been here twice, they got a large warehouse, but every time I come, their stuffs decreased somehow, they have very anime toys, I can not find any Dragon Ball, My Hero Academia, Demon Slayer or any, but I found pretty good amount of clothings, good deal too, it is always a hit and miss with Ross, you might have to visit 10-15 stores per day to see how different each of them layout

It is dirty. Restrooms are dirty and no toilet seat covers. I asked them they said manager not buying and paying any more. At least if they keep restroom clean. I will not go that that store again.

Checking out. Waiting 15 minutes in line that goes halfway back through the store is not worth the trip.
