Short wait, clean shop, good staff. A lot of stuff like Ruger and Mossberg are a little cheaper here than other stores. Ammo prices are not bad either, stopped in when they had 15% off all ammo during labor day. Signed up on email and hoping to see more promos.

The bad reviews sound like some entitled people. They’re organized and friendly here. Use the computer next to the door to sign in if it’s busy. If it’s not busy, you’ll know because someone will just call you up the counter. They really have some of the best prices for certain guns, but I keep coming back because they just treat people right. I also like how you can see their inventory online so you know what’s what before you come in. No bs, no weird attitude, at least not in my experience. I bought a new gun from them and the paperwork was way smoother and faster compared to a couple other shops out here. I like doing business here!

Admittedly I haven't ordered yet. But I called because I wanted to verify a few things, prices of those things, as well as some minor details. Not only was the person that I talked to able to clear everything up, but they actually went in back to check and make sure that there was anything else as far as info that could be given to me, despite me insisting that wasn't necessary, but they wanted to be sure. I don't really get that kind of treatment from customer service over the phone with some gun places *cough* BerettaUSA.
So as of now, I look forward to placing my order and thanks for the great customer service.

Blogs are all correct online....dudes that work in gun shops, Major attitude problem...I'm not going back and I bought 3 guns there in the last year. Rifle shop is closer to me anyway. HB CA

I recently visited Riflegear to purchase my first AR, and I had an outstanding experience thanks to Vu. He is incredibly friendly and welcoming, despite a previous encounter I had with another employee. Vu turned what could have been a potential 1 star experience into a 5 star one.
As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns, but Vu was patient and thorough, answering every question I had. He provided detailed information about the AR I was interested in and explained the various options available, especially in relation to California laws. Vu really took the time to understand my needs and guided me to the best choice for my situation.
I learned a lot from him and can’t thank him enough for his excellent customer service. Despite being 11th in line, I only waited about 20 minutes, and the wait was well worth it. I highly recommend Riflegear, especially Vu, for anyone looking for knowledgeable and friendly service.

Lots of variety, very very clean. I love the little waiting area they have. Only downside is the long wait times, there is no quick run to the gun store.
