Worst customer service anywhere! I go to Ralph's in Irvine and spent 10k or more in so many years. And when I try this Ralph's I get treated like a 3rd class citizen. Lucy at the self check out was rude and wouldn't let me self check out. She said " I have to many groceries". I said what's the number cause I go to mine and do it all the time with a full cart... she responded "I don't know but that's to much good bye! And kept yelling good bye as I left 5 more times. She needs to learn the policies of the store and how to treat people. Fire LUCY! Like she said to me "Good Bye"

7.0/10 I've been a regular shopper at Ralphs for quite some time now, and overall, I've had a positive experience. They offer a wide variety of products and within each family of products, they offer many different brands and options to choose from. I'm usually always able to find what I need when looking for American products. The main things I shop for here are meat, dairy, snacks and dessert. I like that they offer a variety of Ben & Jerry's flavors, my most recent favorite being Ben & Jerry's Minter Wonderland Ice Cream $4.99. Never really had a bad product from here. Ben & Jerry's always makes good ice cream and they make so many good flavors, I like that they make strong flavors, I like my ice cream like that. The consistency is just right, not too hard, not too soft. This is probably the best chain to go to to find the biggest variety of Ben & Jerry's flavors. A pint will last me awhile, probably about five sittings worth or more. Also, I've bought a lot of Ralph's generic brand items such as Kroger and Private Selection and they've all turned out to be really good. This one is located in a shopping plaza with plenty of free parking in their lot. It's super close to me so I come here sometimes when I'm looking for a specific item. It's always clean and well-organized. The inside is modern yet casual. Staff members are always friendly, however, sometimes I like to use self-checkout. While not always the cheapest option, you know that you'll always find what you need here especially if you want branded items. I like to look at their weekly deals ahead of time before arriving to help plan out what to get. I try my best to buy things here only when it's on sale or I will buy the generic brand. When they're on sale here, I usually feel like I'm getting good value for my money. Another thing I look out for when I'm in the store are the digital coupons. You should have a Ralphs account and be signed in. When you scan the QR code, the digital coupon will be added to your account and will be automatically applied at checkout.

My elderly parents were wrongly accused of stealing today (March 7th) @ 2:40pm. This male employee walked up and asked "HEY YOU GONNA PAY FOR THOSE??" My mom showed the receipt but was forced to go back inside. The employee let my parents go with "well I was gonna pay for your groceries," but then he told my parents that they looked homeless?? The guy was just trying to save his own ass for accusing my parents in the first place. My mom called up the store and asked for an apology, but the manager kept saying if that happened it didn't happen at their location. All the manager had to say was I'm sorry to keep our family's business in the future. My parents are calling corporate and name dropping this terrible shift manager.

This store is close to my work so I have been here several times Amazing Ralph's store with a huge variety of produce, healthy food selections, a bakery and prepared food to-go. Large selection of fine cheese, craft beers, and fresh flowers. Basically a one-stop location for all your basic home needs. The store is nicely lit and kept clean. Plenty of parking out front. I could get pleasantly lost in the aisles, exploring the hundreds and hundreds of options. Asked a very friendly clerk where a few of the items were and was in and out with everything I needed. I'll definitely be coming to this Ralphs more regularly.

Cassidy, one of the delightful guest advisors was really helpful when I was struggling to find what I needed, and fast. Because of this, I'll be going out of my way to shop at this specific store. Thank you so much Cassidy, you really got me out of a bind.

I live nearby and I have a weird schedule, so often I only get a chance to swing by this store during its last hour or two open because it’s the only grocery store open until 1a.m. around me. I’m very familiar with this store, and I do often come only 15-20 minutes before close. I am not incompetent. I worked jobs similiar before and I know it’s rather irritating when someone comes in last second so I am always quick and straight to the register. Usually, a gentleman named Barry is on register 7 or 8. He is the ONLY reason why this store received any stars or more than 1 star. Barry is great! He knows I come in late but that I will be quick! My service dog Luna loves saying hi to him as well! Anyways, from what I’ve seen, most of the employees here are friendly or at least polite and cordial. However tonight changed that for me. There’s a late night stocker I see often. He is SUPER tall, bald I believe, and african-american. I’ve had a couple small exchanges with him before (asking where something is, that sorta thing) and he was always fine. Well I rushedto get to Ralph’s. I walked into the store at 12:54, 6 minutes before closing time. I super quickly walked to get my ice cream which is only literally 2 aisles away fromthe door. I had only ONE more item to get, which was milk. I started walking down the aisle towards it. And the guy I just mentioned VERY rudely stopped me and literally YELLED In the rudest voice. “No! No! Turn around. We’re CLOSED!” I was baffled. I said “No you aren’t. you aren’t closed until 1.” and he literally kept blocking my path physically and yelling “CLOSED! CLOSED!” By this time it was 12:58, and I even held up my phone to show him. He again kept yelling closed. Then, what really made me mad was he barked orders at me. Usually aisle 7 or 8 is open at that time and self checkout isn’t. So i was walking towards aisle 7/8, and he snaps “NO, Get to the self checkout. now!” Which I did. I was checking out and he walked up front to talk to the female worker in charge of self checkout. I heard her say there was another customer in the bathroom. but when he walked back he LOUDLY so i could hear yelled “YES JUST WAITING FOR THE 1 MORE CUSTOMER IN THE SELF CHECKOUT.” So i told him “yeah and you’re waiting on someone in the bathroom apparently anyway. so i could’ve totally gotten my milk.” I asked him why he had to be so rude and yell at me and in typical toxic/abuser fashion, he denies it and says “I didn’t yell at you” like what the heck? He’s bold to deny something he just literally did. I told him “I don’t need this today. this is the day they found my best friends remains and i’m not having a good day.” and his response? “Me either, but I wasn’t rude..” I don’t know if he just had a long day at work and was ready to go and didn’t want to wait the last 2 minutes the store had left before close or what, but I was always told when I worked in stores similiar, to always be polite to customers, and that I was on the clock and was to literally allow customers inside until the very last minute they were open. I don’t know if I will feel comfortable coming here anymore which stinks because I come here 5 out of 7 days a week. I’ll try to contact the manager Mike Jacoby tomorrow and depending on how he responds will determine whether or not I need to take my money elsewhere.

The guy at the deli with hearing aids will not listen to you. (I speak nice and loud for him) This is my neighborhood store.I have asked him nicely to please do thin slices on my orders. When I have complained he ignores me and walks away. Today they had another guy helping and thankfully he redid my order. The 3 ladies behind me all said "he gives you what he gives ya"! Umm can someone please do something about this grumpy man? Thanks!
