Been about a decade since I had to take a piss test for an employer but don't remember them being such a bureaucratic ordeal that takes all afternoon. No employees at the desk to ask questions. Got shuttled to a different location because one Quest lab couldn't accommodate 3 (yes 3) walk ins. We used to crank our 100+ in an afternoon when I was in the Marines.

Appreciate the walk in appointments. I make an appt. when I can but this option is essential. I thought I had scheduled one but apparently I did something wrong.

Don’t bother coming on Saturday, they close early. Had a super frustrating experience, I just needed to pick up some urine collection containers and was told that they had already shut down all their computers and couldn’t access the order. They had no sympathy and were actually slightly rude.

I forgot to bring the order with me and Brooke was very patience with me and wait for the order to be emailed to her so she can complete my appointment. Very greatful for that.

We went here for 11am appt. But it says in kiosk we don't have an appt. No one at the front desks, nobody is available to talk to. Were the first patient on stand b"y but the next person and the 3rd person called. It's already an hour no body is calling us or talking to us!!!

I waited 3 to 5 min. The nurse was very cordial. I was concerned that the Dr order wasn't correct.The nurse answered my questions and made sure I contacted the Dr. If I had concerns she said I could come back if the Dr. wanted something different. I really appreciated that.

qualified technician. I wish I could get appointment in the morning since I had to fast and my appointment was at 12:30PM that the earliest time I could find from many Quest locations.
