I have rated Prestige Medical Pharmacy with 5 stars because, I am completely satisfied with the customer service that I have being receiving for over a year, from one of the Prestige Medical Pharmacy representatives, Ms. Estela Romero (my Personal Injury Secretary referred me to her). I think and feel that she represents the excellent customer service that this pharmacy has as one of the its most important values incorporated in each of its representatives.Where I have perceived those values in their representatives? One example is the person who take care of my prescriptions: she listens with openness, kindness and respect (Kindness); and despite the barriers - obstacles in the authorization system for my medications, she carries out the necessary procedures to obtain them in time (Proactivity-Persistence) and thus, manages to send them to me in a timely manner (Effectiveness - Promptness).I am expressing my gratitude for that personalized service that the Prestige Medical Pharmacy has been giving me and commenting that this is the reason why I will remain as a client of this pharmacy for the rest of my medicine needs and strongly recommend it to those who want to be treated as human being and not as medicine users. Califiqué a Prestige Medical Pharmacy con 5 estrellas porque estoy completamente satisfecho con el servicio al cliente que he estado recibiendo durante más de un año, de parte de uno de los representantes de Prestige Medical Pharmacy, la Srta. Estela Romero (la Secretaria de Lesiones Personales me remitió a ella). Creo y siento que ella representa el proveer un excelente servicio al cliente que esta farmacia tiene como aquellos valores más importantes incorporados en cada uno de sus representantes.¿Dónde he percibido esos valores en sus representantes? Un ejemplo es la persona que se encarga de mis recetas: escucha con mente abierta, amabilidad y respeto (Amabilidad); y a pesar de las barreras, obstáculos en el sistema de autorización para mis medicamentos, ella lleva a cabo los procedimientos necesarios para obtenerlos a tiempo (Proactividad-Persistencia) y, por lo tanto, logra enviármelos de manera oportuna (Efectividad - Rapidez).Expreso mi gratitud por ese servicio personalizado que Prestige Medical Pharmacy me ha brindado y comento que esta es la razón por la que seguiré siendo cliente de esta farmacia por el resto del tiempo que lo necesite y lo recomiendo encarecidamente a aquellos que desean ser tratados como seres humanos y no como usuarios de medicamentos.

Thank you so much to Mr. Usman for your great concern to me for making sure I received my medication.... You were so nice to call to do everything in your power to make sure I was cared for....wow your the nicest man ever and you went the extra mile for me....I did get my medication at the post office today and appreciate all your hard work... I'm very happy with you & appreciate you...

My experience with Prestige is absolute professionalism. Starting with the owner who personally welcomes you with open arms and a smile, to the pharmacist on staff who is so knowledgeable and welcoming, down to the staff who give you a family welcoming. Highly recommend this pharmacy wholeheartedly
