This storage is extra secure! The people here really care about the safety of your belongings. We come and go often, and they are very cordial. Couldn't recommend them more!

Talk about a great place with an awesome staff. Just moved out after 3 years and I'll tell you this place is amazing. I had a drive up unit that was always easy to get to. The facility is very clean and well maintained. They even did alarm, door and other upgrades while my items were there and I never felt like they weren't safe. Art was always a huge help and ALWAYS called me by my first name, even if I only went there 1 time in 6 months he remembered me. The new staff is very helpful and polite so you can tell Art trained them. I'm sad to move out but I know that location is in good hands and if I ever need storage again, I'm definitely calling here first. Thanks again.

This storage has to be the best in town. It is easily the smoothest and nicest storage I have had considering the drive up access. I have been a returning customer since my first month. For one, the manager, Art is professional, friendly, and is always eager to help me with any questions. I appreciate his excellent customer service and his employees professionalism when going in frequently. If you're looking for a nice and safe place to store any items. This gated self storage will be perfect.

Fountain Valley Self Storage has been a great, honest and safe place to keep our belongings while we lived in Fountain Valley.
We would have continued to stay just because of Chris but we moved just a little to far from Fountain Valley
Truly thank you so much Chris
If we come back to the area we will not hesitate to be back here.

Christian was always very helpful and friendly. I moved in in 2021 and upgraded to a larger unit in 2022. For me there were to many price increases in a short period of time and I felt the unit wasn’t worth what I was paying for it.

Had a great experience with pouch and at this location. They were very helpful with the moving truck to move storage sites and chris and Shannon have been so sweet and helpful every time!

Gregg and Art are awesome. The service is always great. The facility is immaculate. I recently took a friend there and he commented that he had never seen a cleaner, nicer "public'' restroom. Thanks for all you do.
