I too ask for help at times and staff has always been there for my needs. They should be commended for their work effort. “The pharmacy is accommodating, fast, and efficient. Line is never too long because they are so great at their jobs! I transferred my prescriptions here and am so happy I did. One downside is that they don’t automatically refill, but I just need to remember to do so myself.”
“I rarely give reviews but the pharmacy techs are amazing, I was diagnosed with epilepsy at 23 I didn't have insurance and my medication as you can expect be ridiculous. They went above and beyond to help me, they didn't have to do any of it but they were empathetic towards my situation I was helpless with no insurance no job no nothing they could of said sorry we can't do anything for ya which most pharmacies I'd expect. Shout out to Karen btw your awesome!”
“I just visited Sam's Club Tire Center to get my car battery tested, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Not being very knowledgeable about cars, I was a bit stressed when my battery kept dying, requiring a jumpstart every time I needed to drive.
The team at the Tire Center, especially Sergio, Freddy, and Brian, were awesome. They tested my battery, confirmed it was dead as it was more than five years old at this point, and after I purchased a new battery from the store, they installed it for me. The entire process was incredibly fast--less than 30 minutes from start to finish! Sergio also explained everything, including the warranty, and they truly took care of me from A to Z.
Sergio was the man. He was really kind and went above and beyond by airing up some of my tires while I was waiting. This level of customer service is rare, and I really appreciated him looking out for me. Thanks to the entire team for making this experience so smooth, quick, and stress-free. I'll be coming back here for any future car needs for sure.”
