His remarkable intuition and ability to gauge our needs were impressive. He anticipated what we wanted even before we realized it ourselves. In just 45 minutes, we purchased two beds and had a delightful conversation, making the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. Ortho Mattress has been my go to mattress store for years and I recently came back for my 4th one. Rafael is amazing and takes the time and effort to help you pick out the mattress that suits your needs. I've had the pleasure of working with Rafael when he was at the Huntington Beach location and I'm glad he didn't move too far to Fountain Valley. I always recommend my friends and family to invest into a mattress from Ortho because their mattresses and customer service is exceptional!

Lots of great options and lots of great sales people. I was helped by Wayne when I stopped in to look at some mattresses and his customer service was fantastic! Showed me several good options but didn’t pressure me to make any commitments and listened carefully to what I was looking for. I also worked with Rafael whose customer service was fantastic as well.
