I really appreciate the kind people at this pharmacy! Victor has been helping me through the process of getting migraine medication approved with my insurance, and has been super helpful communicating with my doctor and insurance. As we all know, dealing with insurance can be a nightmare, so when someone who knows the system is on your side, it makes a world of difference. Thank you Victor!!

I cannot express how much appreciation I have for the staff at ONE Pharmacy. We were having trouble with insurance approval and Victor, pharm D, and Ashley, pharmacy tech, reached out to help us. Ashley was kind, understanding and patient with a stressed mom trying to take care of her son’s health. Victor was our advocate and ultimately, our medication was covered. He took the time to listen and time to investigate. The effort and kindness is heartwarming. Thank you for serving your community and caring. You all offer an exceptional customer experience. I don’t often write reviews but it would be a missed opportunity if I didn’t share my phenomenal experience with One Pharmacy in Fountain Valley. Actually, I hate to even refer to it as a “pharmacy“ because they have not acted like a business or treated me like a customer, I have felt like a beloved member of their family; they have shown such deep and genuine interest. Honestly, I feel like they are on this health journey with me. They’ve kept tabs on my medications to make sure I don’t run out. When we were having trouble with the US Postal Service, they sent a courier to deliver my medication to my door. Jenny has gone the extra mile repeatedly to help me understand and navigate my situation and has put me in touch with resources that help with the cost of medications and medical treatment. She has even called me during her vacation when I needed assistance. All this amazing treatment isn’t because I’ve been a long-standing customer, they’ve treated me this way since day one. They have shown me genuine caring beyond measure. They have helped me in ways that are beyond my realm of thinking. For all this, I am grateful beyond words.

This pharmacy is a scam! My grandfather has Parkinson’s and despite him not needing 2 years worth of medication this pharmacy took advantage of his insurance and the system and keeps shipping us boxes of medications he is not using despite us asking them to not send it. This saddens me because this medication can be going to someone else. I am going to re-call the pharmacy and make a claim to the bureau this is unethical!

I never thought I would be so moved by a pharmacy that I would want to write a review, but then I found One Pharmacy. I have been absolutely blown away and even moved to tears by the experiences I have had with One Pharmacy over the past year while helping a loved one through a difficult illness. Jenny at One Pharmacy is the most helpful, caring, knowledgeable professional who not only goes so far above and beyond for her clients, but also cares for them with such kindness and concern that you’d think she were family. I could give example after example of all One Pharmacy has done for us in this past year, but I’d run out of available space! I am truly so grateful for this amazing Pharmacy and their staff who has helped us more than they will ever know during this time.

This pharmacy did a great job in making sure my dad's medications were covered by his insurance. They had to go back and forth with the insurance to figure out why they weren't being covered, and worked to make sure that the medication was pre-approved so that it would be covered. My dad is doing so well since he's been on this new medication, and if we were at a chain pharmacy, we would still be trying to get it approved, months later.

One pharmacy has been the most professional pharmacy that I have ever known. They are not only efficient, but quick to deliver to me since I no longer drive. Jenny cares personally for I believe every patient and I trust her completely .thank you

I have been going to this pharmacy for 3 years. It's absolutely the best pharmacy anywhere! They provide quality medications beyond the quality of other pharmacies. The staff is amazing, most especially Jenny. They go out of their way to ensure you have the best price and work diligently to get you discounts/grants. They even provide home delivery. Simply the best pharmacy you will ever find!!!

This local pharmacy's staff, especially Jenny and Karen (but all others are also great) are incredibly efficient, kind and professional. My daughter needs blood test results for monthly medication; and before with the large Walmarts, CVSs, pharmacies it was a constant struggle to get the results and medicine. We had to call for blood results ourselves and on and on. This smaller local pharmacy staff does all the work for us with the insurances, labs, and they make sure she gets this important medicine on time. They also care and are always so very helpful with all issues and problems that arise with insurance, etc., and even point out improvements we did not know about. It is quite unbelievable in todays times to experience such professionalism and great customer service and care. We're so very happy to have found this unbelievable great best pharmacy I have every used. We highly recommend for everyone to use this "One Pharmacy" instead of the large unweildy unhelpful pharmacy chains.

I chose to go to One Pharmacy over CVS because of the efforts and care they put in when dealing with the insurance agencies for the medication that I needed. Every visit was a quick in and out. They are extremely diligent in informing you when your medication is ready. Would definitely recommend One Pharmacy!
