Me and my daughter came into One & Last the other day and we had such a wonderful experience. The manager, Kyla, was so nice and helped us pick such cute outfits for my sweet girl. You can't find great customer service like that anymore. And the deals you can't compare! Very lovely little boutique, thanks One & Last!

I was just in there a couple hours ago and witnessed the manager start yelling at a customer because she was shoving the clothes on the rack and customer asked if she was doing that on purpose! her response was because I'm black? Because I'm a woman? It was totally out of context.... Sounded like that was her go to response to anybody that says anything to her! Owner needs to be notified!! won't be back again... And I shopped there a lot.

I came into the store at 5:30 and had at least 10 items in my hand a couple pairs of shoes and jewelry at the register. The woman Jessica came up and told me at 5:40 that I had two minutes if I was going to try on anything in the dressing room because they're closing and it's their policy. I said okay and went to go through my items to pick a couple to try on since there's no return or exchange policy. She was super rude and rushville clearly did not want to be at work. I thanked her clarified her name and was walking out. She asked if I still wanted the shoes and jewelry at the register, I looked at her and said absolutely not. I'm super bummed me and my boyfriend drove all the way over here just to shop here last minute. I hope management knows what kind of staff they have. Never scene this woman. I won't be back. We were they only ones in there!

Love the selection but we had such a strange experience as the woman who worked there literally kicked us out of the dressing room at 5:40 once an alarm went off on her phone. Why? They close the dressing room twenty mins before they close the shop (even though no one else was in the store and everything was perfectly arranged). Then she told us they close the store at 5:55, not six, even though it says 6 on the door. Then she told me at 5:49 that I had to check out now (I had two items to purchase). So I was basically kicked out 10 mins before the store even closed. I've never heard of such a thing.

This store is a hit or miss but man when it's a hit.... It's GOOD!! Located right next to TJ Maxx with tons of parking available! This store directly gets clothes from No Rest for Bridget or the same warehouse so the qualities of the clothing are no different. I believe they get their shipments every Wednesday or Thursday so tons of chances to get cute boutique styled clothes for fraction of the price! Customer service is pleasant. Always warmly greeting everyone upon entering and extremely sweet.
