I’ve been taking my Prius to Amir and his team at OC Hybrid Tech, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always take the time to explain everything. Their pricing is very reasonable, and I never feel overcharged. I’ll definitely be coming back every time my car needs service. Highly recommend!

Amir's knowledgeable and hard-working team of Prius specialists quickly repaired the ABS brake system on my 2013 Prius. I dropped the car off on Friday, and the repair was completed on Monday before lunch!! Anyone familiar with this issue knows that this is NOT an easy repair. Additionally, this was in the middle of a horrible heat wave where we experienced 108-degree weather! THANK YOU OC Hybrid Tech for getting me back on the road so fast!!

Long overdue post, it’s been almost a month since the repair but since then the refurbished hybrid battery they replaced on my car has been working well. I opted for the refurbished 1 year warranty battery so we shall see how it goes.
Amir is very knowledgeable and funny. He’s also transparent.
Price wise, let’s just say Amir quoted less than 10% the cost of what a different nearby hybrid auto shop quoted. So definitely call/ shop around before committing to a shop

Got their custom cat shield. Was a good deterrent for about 3 years until some thieves were finally dedicated enough to cut the shield, but it managed to stall them long enough (about 5 minutes ) for me to realize and stop them so they failed to steal catalytic convertor (it is half cut off).

I went to OC HYBRID TECH today with a problem in my car, and they told me that one of the ignition coils should be replaced. I agreed to do it, and they ordered the the part. I saw the receipt of the part and it was bought for 39.99$. However, he charged me extra 100% of the price for the part resulting in 69.99$ (not including the labor price).Selling the item that costs 39$ for 69$ is not fair at all. Even the owner company of this item doesn’t make such a profit. 30$ is not important actually, but that made me really upset. I’m a handyman myself, and it’s a job familiar to yours. I don’t make profit of the items I use for the job I do, I only charge the labor price. If this is what you do to all the customers, then your business is not gonna last long.Also, it is an unprofessional company. After the comment I wrote here, he insulted me by sending a message to my personal phone. think twice before coming here

I brought my 2012 Prius to OC Hybrid Tech recently for an oil change, and I'm SO glad I did. When I brought the car over, the first thing I noticed was that Amir and Marvin were incredibly friendly and so easy to talk to! Not only that, but they finished the oil change SO fast (maybe 20-30 minutes)? I'm used to staying at a Toyota Dealership for 4+ hours JUST for an oil change/routine service!!In addition, Amir and Marvin noticed that our brake fluid was leaking and encouraged us to get it fixed right away, which we did. I felt that all of Amir's suggestions were honest and that he genuinely cared about wanting our car to be fixed (rather than just wanting to get more money from us).Days after, I had ANOTHER issue with the car (water coolant light came on) and brought it in again! Amir knew exactly what the problem was and explained it in an easy to understand manner. He gave a very reasonable quote to have it fixed.When he got it fixed, he even provided a free loaner Prius for me, and when I got my car back it was SO CLEAN and washed beautifully from the inside-out!!!!Amir goes above and beyond for his clients, and it shows that he truly cares. I highly recommend this shop and am so glad I found it!! Thank you so much Amir, Marvin and Team!!!!
