They are Ngoc Quang Jewelry have been towed a lot of cars, even the shoppers are shoping and dining at the center and one of the car owned been towed got a heart attack and died when he found out his car been towed. They been robbed lately....Karma is a bitch .............

I am originally from SoCal so my boyfriend (now fiancé) and I decided to get my radiant cut diamond setting here. Needless to say, the mission was accomplished.Upon walking in, you feel safe as they have security measures in place (buzzing you in through the main door, security guard up front being alert 24/7, etc). The location is located in a vibrant plaza and there are ample parking, too. It is super convenient if you live in the area.The customer service here can be a hit or miss depending on which sales person you get. We have been here a couple times prior and the sales person was either too pushy or not accommodating/understanding our needs. Luckily, the time we came to seriously buy the setting, I was helped by the owner and his wife, whom I believe name may be Ngoc? Anyways, they were both sweet and professional. Because of this, I am taking away 1 star.The variety here is also extremely limited despite how big the store is. They only carry traditional brilliant or princess cut diamonds and settings. They rarely have any different cuts such as radiant, emerald, or marquise. You'd have to pre-order them at a non refundable cost. Which isn't ideal and sometime you just want to see the product in person before committing to buy. For this, I am taking away an additional star.Luckily for us, I knew exactly which ring setting I wanted (pave with hidden halo). They had exactly one style left for a radiant cut and we decided to buy it even though it doesn't have a hidden halo because the price point was fair. We ended up paying approximately $1,650, which included the labor to set the diamond onto the setting and taxes. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a more traditional ring. And definitely try to ask for the owners to service you!

I never thought I'd drive over an hour to get a ring re-sized but that's exactly what I did this morning and it was such a smart thing to do. Over the years, my knuckles got bigger due to arthritis and I couldn't get my ring off. Yes, it had to be cut and I was a bit fearful that a cut might include my finger!! No worries in that regard. The owner, Hanh Dinh, couldn't have done it better and in an instant. Lucky me!! Then they carefully determined the new size and they had to add18k gold to expand it. They also had to add two diamond chips that I had lost. All this was done while I waited. They've got a very comfortable waiting area complete with TV and they even brought me a bottle of water.Best of all, while I waited, I browsed their beautiful selection of jewelry and found more than a few tempting things to buy, including some less expensive things I knew my granddaughters would love.Bottom line, for jewelry repairs and buying well priced jewelry from lovely people, it's worth a trip!! And there are so many great Vietnamese restaurants all around!! A mini vacation!!

I went here with my mother and we were greeted promptly. All the sales people were friendly and courteous. They gave my mother a really good price and also took links out of a bracelet. Prices are reasonable.The service here is much better than the jewelry stores at the Asian mall. This is a bigger store and not crowded. They also have plenty of parking there. I would recommend shopping at this location than the ones in the Asian mall.

Went in to shop for a wedding set. Had planned on buying a 3-stone diamond ring and matching eternity band but left very unhappy and offended. Terrible service! Stuck up sales ladies, kept pushing us to only buy overpriced "name brand" items and doesn't like to answer questions. She took one look at us and assumed we couldn't afford the jewelry. Will take our money elsewhere.

Not sure where all these 5 star reviews are about. Their website offers an online contact form. I submitted one but never got a response. Replied directly to that email confirmation and they told me to give them a call. Called in and the lady was rude. She didn't want to answer any of the questions. Basically said she doesn't know and brushed us off. When we tried to ask more questions for clarification, she became impatient and all of her "I don't know" answers turned into "no no no". Don't understand why they wanted me to call if they're just going to waste my time saying that they don't have an answer. Not a place I'd like to do business with.

in from San Jose meeting some family. So I HAD to see Dustin's and have his professional opinion and wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a gift. My brother and his wife were also there and ended up buying some nice earrings for herself. From the start-end Dustin and his team has been nothing but professional and his work is Top Tier. Horrible experience. I purchased a men's bracelet. The sales person said that I could upgrade anytime at 100% of cost to anything that was higher in price. I came in to upgrade and now she wanted to give me 50% events ought she said it would be 100%. That's not the worst part, she said you know how business works, take it or leave it in a horible tone and literally kicked out the entire group of people. It was so unprofessional and embarrassing expierance. Never in my life would I go here again. For people who want to upgarde....according to the lady, it's not what I said, it's what you signed. Beware

Ngoc Quang Jewelers + @flawless.OC -- highly professional. I got progress updates, renderings, and extremely professional customer service from Dustin. I usually come to check out and pick up their pendants. This time I had to get 2 jade pieces re-clipped and one wrapped. Dustin offered to laser etch / cut a design into the wrapped pendant. All I had to do was send him the image design and he put his talent and thought into creating it. 10/10 would come back any time for any jewelry services.

I needed my wedding ring resized going up from a 6.75 to 8.5, I called many places local to Huntington Beach and was quoted 140-170 but wouldn't have my ring back for almost 2 weeks from all places. I came in here paid $150 and it was done in 45 minutes. They tested the diamonds on drop off and on pick up to prove they are the same diamonds which I appreciated, they took their time sizing my finger to make sure the best fit would be made before touching my ring, all the women in there were extremely kind and welcoming definitely A+ on the service. My ring looked brand new when I got it back they cleaned it up really nice, you'd never know that the ring had been resized it looked absolutely amazing! I absolutely would recommend this place to everyone and will return here again! Very honest, fair price and same day repair/resize! I also appreciate the security guards outside the door, with all the smash and grab robberies lately the added security made me feel safe and helped me feel safe dropping my very special jewelry off here.

I looked at the website catalog before going into the store. I had 4 types of rings in mind. None of the rings or anything on the catalog I saw was there at the store. They did not update it. When I gave them the stock number and a picture from the catalog, they said they never since that's type of ring and to just find any other ring. It showed like they didnt know about their own catalog. They told me my style didn't look nice and that my fingers are ugly with that type of ring on my finger. The service was horrible and they did not accommodate since they didn't seem to like customers who are not buying. I will never come back here.

Been taking my jewelry here for repairs and resizing of rings (and buying a few things along the way) for 10-15 years well now. NQ is the best! Very friendly, helpful, extremely aknowledgeable, and do an incredible, professional job on stuff Highly recommend.

This place does no stand behind their products. If you're expecting purchase guarantee or post-sale customer service, you'll be disappointed - poor attitude and lack of basic customer service. Made a mistake in purchasing a couple of gold Cartier necklaces as Christmas gifts. One had a workmanship defect in the clasp and came loose within the first week. Took it back thinking that they'll make it whole with a simple repair. Nope, they accused the customer of mishandling, claiming it's impossible to have a workmanship defect. They wanted an extra $40 to fix their original defect. So instead of throwing more money at them, we had it professionally repaired elsewhere. This place is worse than most little mom & pop kiosks in Asian malls - no integrity, no decency. Just another upscale store front with shady practices. Just beware.
