Had a head injury the night before. Went to the clinic to get it checked out. They told me to go to New Hope a for an X-Ray make sure things where ok. Still had time to get an X-Ray after the clinic. It was 7pm when I got to New Hope and it was to be open until 8pm. No one was there expect for a repair technician. The technician told me to come back next morning. There was no sign of why they where not open or hours on the entrance door. The next morning I returned. The women at the front desk told me they can get me in right way if I pay out of pocket or wait few days before my insurance will cover it. If I go the insurance route, I could only get me in until the next Friday of next week what a joke.

Wonderful staff, very nice and helpful. Available on a personal line for any questions. The nurse during my procedure was beyond sweet and thoughtful and held my hand. She deserves a raise please. Highly recommend this office with their exemplary service. Super nice doctor and also very efficient. Their reports are easy to understand. They care about their patients.

Awesome staff, everything was well explained and they were very accommodating to my concerns. Very efficient and made my visit pleasant. Definitely recommend for imaging needs.

I would just walk in and book an appointment online and phone bookings took to long and never actually did it.The staff are wonderful and helpful ,everything was effortless in person .

Zero star. Don't use this Newhope imaging center. Staff and the manager Leh Marcus are very rude and unprofessional. They will hang up the phones when you call to give your negative feedbacks and no way you can call them back because they just never pick up your phone calls since they know your number. Good lucks in calling them.They have zero respect for patiet privacy at the front desk. They just left my DL, medical ID, and medical history forms exposed to other patients. It was HIPAA violation. When I called to give my feedbacks with the administrative manager, Leh Marcus, she said just go somewhere next time, then disconnected the phone.Really bad and disrespectful customer services from top to bottom because they think they will never be fired from Tenet Health.

Their phone is disconnected so if you need anything, you'll need to come in every time, so make sure you live close to this location before you decide to go hereStaff is good but something is wrong that they're so chronically understaffed

Trying to get ahold of this place is a nightmare. They never answer the phone. It just rings for 5+ minutes with no voicemail. Good luck making an appointment.

This center is so unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment, they picked up but immediately hung up. Called back again 3 more times and they just let the phone ring for more than 1 minute. Seemed like this office is run by monkeys.

Staff are very pleasant, professional and polite that made me feel comfortable, not to much stress out and less nervous. The results were reviewed by the doctors for the ultrasound after I was waiting for a very short period of time. It was worth it! That made me feel at ease and feel peaceful and relieved after leaving a place. Thank you very much again sincerely.!

Absolutely inappropriate to demand your clients arrive 15 min before their scheduled appointment to then be over an hour behind schedule. There was no communication or updates from staff on wait time.I don’t know if this facility has a lack of management or leadership, but I will not be returning. I will see to it the doctors office who recommended this facility is aware of their business practices. Time is money and I am not in business to waste it.
