CHEST PAINS UNATTENDED!My father was seen by cardiologist in this clinic and decreased his heart medication dose. Pharmacy informed the clinic multiple times requiring Prior Authorization. However, the doctor never responded. I called to follow-up but very "poor communication" among staff. It caused "chest pains" to my dad without the medication. We filed a complaint with the medical insurance. Clinic stated that my dad was seen in their clinic related to chest pains. This is totally a "fraud claim" where they never called us back to schedule for a clinic visit. If the doctor and the clinic are stating that they've seen my dad for chest pains, then their claim would be a "fraudulent documentation" with negligence since they never seen my dad to evaluate my his chest pains at all! Never trust this clinic ever again!

I had an appointment to see my daughter's Pediatrician, the staff as amazing. They are so courteous and helpful, not to mention attentive. And, my daughter's Pediatrician is so caring and knowledgeable. As 1st time parents she guides us through so much. I know my family is good hands here.

My wife was made to wait for 4 hours in their “ER” waiting room with acute abdominal pain due to kidney stones. She had been discharged a few hours before for the same complaint. After complaining we were told the wait was due to a lack of bed space and because she had abdominal pain she needed to be treated lying down. When she was eventually taken through - they placed her in a chair in the walk way, inserted and IV in her arm and administered pain killers. Really, and you couldn’t have done that earlier? Best of all there is no patient doctor confidentiality as you are sitting in a passage. After 2 hours she was still in the chair, now with and empty IV bag and still no proper examination. No scan to see if it was another kidney stone - nothing. This is the worst example of a Medical Facility I have ever experienced. But when their value system states budgets are more important than medical care you know why! Don’t go there you can get better and more professional treatment anywhere else. Just shocking!

How wrong could I have been..After five months with Memorial Care doctors it has been a nightmare--
.. ENT..did nothing to find out why I was having pain..said no wax, go to hearing test miles away..still have pain..
Went to Pain Mgt.."will call me..never did"...went to another pain mgt..who is not certified as pain mgt Dr.did epidural..didn't work..had hip bursalossis, shot..did not take,,need knee gel shots never got them and more..?
Going back to UNited health care...with GNP where they know what they are doing..
I learned a painful lesson..Please check out the Doctors you are sent to... And hope you get a good one.

Hello to all of those with immediate and lingering medical needs The memorial care medical building located at Talbert and Brookhurst are among the best for whatever may ill you. However,people only give troll reviews because they wear "That Ego When We Are in need of immediate or present Medical relief, and to say the least i am guilty, too . if you really need medical relief,take that D__Ego out of the Equation and Memorial Care Doctors and Nurses and Support Staff,also the Valet Parking Staff Rolando and his crew, do provide outstanding security for you / family and your automobile. Please communicate to Dr. Bartlett and his support staff they are an extraordinary team,and memorial care possess "The Best support staff and Nurses within the "Orange County Bubble ",please communicate this patients review and especially for the Brookhurst/Talbert memorial care medical building......The Counselor Also please post this review for the exceptional Security personnel who make this Medical Facility and staff feel safe and secure while you are handling whatever medical ills that you choose to address,but remember "Keep Your Ego out of the Equation and you will experience the genuine and natural compassion that these "Trained and Skillful ,Educated medical professionals may relieve whatever sickness that made you come for medical relief. would you not agree?
