Very bad service, just trying to schedule an appointment dice 3 weeks ago nobody help me every time I call they said we will return the call and they never do it very unkind and unprofessional staff ????

Absolutely the BEST mammogram I've ever experienced in my very old life! Major kudos to Mai H. for her gifted expertise! She was exceptionally invested in our shared goal of a thorough mammogram! Despite the necessary stuff; by far the most comfortable and confident I've felt in that scenario! Noteworthy!!
First time here for a slew of exams. The front desk women were kind, patient and made my new patient experience wonderful. (Making the appointments and getting reminders also went great.)
They run on time, explain every step, the entire environment (waiting room/tech rooms are clean, quiet) is relaxing and efficient. If I'd known it was this pleasant I would not have procrastinated.
Feel confident in choosing here!!!

I usually have my breast imaging done at Magnolia and Hazard streets, this time Dr. Quy Huong transferred me to this place, it's such a bad place, I had to wait an hour for an appointment, the photographer was so rude, I couldn't speak. politely, when standing in front of the camera, she pulled my arm, my arm hurt so much, and her chest was so painful that she couldn't bear it, I had to scream.
Every year I have a breast scan, but it's not the first time I've had one.
I will never return to this place.
I also changed my family doctor to Mrs. Quy Huong. This Mrs. Quy Huong is also very rude when talking to patients.
I didn't feel the least bit happy when I went to see Mrs. Quy Huong.

Unprofessional they gave me an appointment for my daughter but when we arrived at the date for x ray they did not have an equipment and front desk is very rude

Worst radiology department ever. My mom came in for bilateral shoulder X-ray and she come out with an X-ray for one shoulder only.This company is sloppy, and when it comes to healthcare, that’s malpractice - will be taking business elsewhere and filing a complaint with the medical board.

My appointment was made 2 months out. Then it was confirmed the day before twice. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. After waiting for more than 20 minutes that I finally got checked in. The front desk is a joke!Once you get inside, the technicians are efficient & kind. I've been getting my annual mammogram & ultrasound here for years. Their front desk team has rarely been up to par. The technicians are the reason I came back. Given the availability of so many better labs in this area, this is my last time returning.

The worst place, the front desk person is so rude and take care of you hours after your appointment, you make an appointment for three things and when you arrive you only have one appointment and you will need another appointment for the rest, why would you have to return due to their mistake of not scheduling the appointment correctly? in addition they giving me wrong instructions by phone for preparation before the procedure. Of course, I let them know my disagreement and told them that they would pay me for my gas and my time for the other two appointments for not doing their job properly... yes, they soon did the three procedures. Why does one have to go to the extreme to be treated as it is?To get the image cd, another long time to wait... ?Other thing, you need call they so many times, because don't answer the phone, need more workers, so many patients, and need correct attention. ?

I had to wait 3 weeks for my MRI of the breast due to breast cancer. On appt day, the receptionist told me that their facility do not offer the service. I asked them why they did not give me such information on the day I made the appt but waited until the actual day of appt to tell me so .. They told me that someone called me one week prior to appt date to cancel my appt already and that was not true (there were no missed call or messagees whatsoever) so evidently, they took my slot and gave it to someone else and made it looks like the cancellation was all legit. A few days later, my specialist office called me and asked my why I canceled my MRI appt becauce that's what they were told by Medizen .. these people are unethical, unprofessional, overbooked "all the time", and employed bunch of liars.

Please save your time and have your doctor refer to another location. I called multiple times during this month but no one pickup even though I waited at least 30' for each attempt. Think it might be out of business already.It is a pity, it was once a great place!
