“Now after you look at this place you would think oh my god no way this is going to be good. Well let me tell you something, the chicken is really good and fresh.We get the 2 different chickens and my mother in law makes the best Mexican Chicken soup/stew ever. No other soup can compare to hers.We also get the chicken wings from her too. Really good place for poultry.”

“Found this place on yelp and wanted to give it a try and am I glad I did. Gustavo greeted me very friendly around 10am and was eager to help me with whatever i needed. The carne asada was some of the best meat i've ever had. Tender and full of flavor this meat melted in your mouth. The salsa roja and rosa chips were beyond delicious as well. Gustavo, I can only imagine your hospitality to regulars who come through but thank you for your hospitality to your new customers as well! Will definitely be coming back for more!”

“After passing by this place quite a few times, thinking it was only a butcher, I finally came to realize they have sandwiches too. However, fair warning, be prepared to take whatever you get to go - there is zero seating, not even a small table in a corner, if you want to eat in.
Decided to try the pastrami - it's their own smoked, thick-sliced, which was pretty good, but if I'm being honest, it was kind of a bit chewy and not near as good as I'd heard. The poblano mustard was a nice, unexpected touch, but quite disappointingly, it was NOT served on a toasted grinder roll, as advertised.
And since it was to go only, I didn't realize until I was later eating that it was plain old marbled bread of some sort - totally different taste and texture than a grinder roll - if they were out, or whatever the reason was, they should've said something before making it - I would have completely passed for that day if I knew it was going to be on bread.
So the service... the two guys working there seem to run the place (one was an owner, I think possibly). The other guy, who finally took my order after passing by me as he was doing other things (I was the only person in the small place) - I finally had to ask if I could order, and he kind of begrudgingly took my order. And it took forever... like close to 20 minutes! I love that they steam the pastrami right then and there, but not sure what took so very long with no one else even there.
The other guy was either the mgr or owner, and was at least a bit more friendly, but seemed completely bothered by my questions about the butcher cuts of meat while I was waiting.
Overall, the sandwich was pretty decent, but not to the level of the many raving reviews here. It was good, even on bread, but the service kind of left a lesser taste in my mouth. Will choose from many other options in the future when I'm around.”
“EXCELLENT place to buy fresh chicken, the place is very clean and the service is the best, the girls are very friendly and attentive! Yesterday I bought chicken and palisades and they were really DELICIOUS, the perfect size and what I really liked is that they were not so thick and that is perfect since when I put them in the oil it was very fast and they sew super well, and the best thing is that my family loved them!!!:)

“The best choice for your Asian bbq/hotpot needs.
Heard of CAB from an online friend and finally checked them out as I became more picky about my meat quality. I was pleasantly surprised to find the cuts I needed: brisket, ribeye, *beef belly*, lamb, and more at VERY competitive prices.
The price per pound beats the nearby grocery stores by several dollars, with quality on the upper end of choice if not prime. The marbling is pretty consistent across the variety of meats without excessive fat. They also have a variety of marinated meats for Korean bbq as well.
The workers are very friendly and helpful. I was looking for some pork belly but they were fresh out, and was told the next time it’d be cut up and they’re also available to call and check ahead. I hope to see them again for many more years!”

“The butchery is quite a drive from Orange but whenever I am nearby I can't help but stop and stock up..the House Marinade Chicken is the best. I love the filet burgers too! And the Saratoga Ribeye and Grass fed filet tenderloin are our favorites. The cheeses are amazing I go for all the sheep and goat varieties because my stomach is sensitive to cow dairy. It's such a treat to come to this market”

While good, if you are sick of the w*nkery of The Butchery and Sections, plus paying twice as much for cuts of quality meat - I’d recommend the Beef Palace. Super dodgy strip mall and modest front takes you into meat wonderland. Old school cool. Great service. Cash only.

“Great place to go for about anything from a small market. You don't see many markets around the water especially on the boardwalk. So it a very good place to go if you don't want to grab your keys and drive out to find a market . Just stay in your comfort zone and walk on in . Very convenient place to shop . I have to say, after today this is the only place I'm buying my bbq meats and poultry from, from now on. The price is a lil steep but damn,,,, the quality is def worth it. Carne Asada was out of this world perfect. Not all chewy and beat up , plus the flavor was so spot on there was none left for my lunch the next day as usual with other spots. “I used to not like chorizo because I had a bad first experience trying it. However, my girlfriend was so excited to make chorizo for me saying Aurora’s had the best chorizo. I tried it for her sake and was so surprised at how good it was. She always hypes this place up, and I can see why. “They don't speak English so it was tough navigating around. I went for the fish. They seemed fresh not great prices but weren't to bad either. They also clean the fish there which was nice. They weigh the fish before cleaning.”
