Phone says they are open until 12 and website says they open at 1. Neither is true. I have been here twice and no one is here.

I purchased 5 items which were:4 reinkers & One 3M Posca Pen.What I received was:3 reinkers (1 was noticeably less full)1 ink pad (not the reinker as It should have been)And a 1m Posca Pen (not the 3m I ordered)Sent 3 emails & not 1 reply....yet.
