Tatiana is great. Excellence in notary public, so knowledgeable. Can do federal fingerprinting, again, very knowledgeable on the whole process to get a excellent fingerprint the first time. Used her mailbox service for years. Can’t say enough good things.

They went above and beyond to help us get some important documents delivered to Costa Rica. Unfortunately Costa Rica doesn't have normal addresses and it's very hard to get anything delivered. It cost over $100. to send an envelope by DHL. Tracking in the US was great and our documents were flown to the capital, San Jose overnight. DHL Costa Rica emailed that they needed more information but are closed for the weekend. Finally on Monday I called San Jose and they said they needed the Canton and District for the address. I had no clue but it took ChatGPT a second to figure it out. When I submitted that info DHL said that they don't deliver there, even though it is a business on a main highway. Said they would deliver it to a store with very limited hours about 20 minutes away for pickup.
Mail Shipping Etc took the situation seriously. They tried to help change the address after I tried and tracking showed "exception on hold". After several calls to San Jose in a couple of days I figured out that the DHL Costa Rica tracking wasn't updating and they were not sending promised notices. Anyway 5 stars for Mail Shipping Etc. because they have our back and it was a happy ending. The envelope did make it on time.

It would be nice if they updated their work hours. I drove a couple miles out of my way just for their door sign to say they close at 5pm instead of 6pm. I really was in a time crunch and couldn’t afford this time wise

This review is for GWEN only. I came in to do a live scan and passport photos. She was working alone and was handling the stress of multiple customers well, but it was obvious the poor girl was stressed. Not that I want anyone to suffer, but when I can tell someone is really trying, and with a sense of urgency, I will be a patient as can be. Some people have that F U attitude, like I will get to you when I get to you! She was very knowledgeable and quick as soon as it was my turn. Hope she gets more help, she is definitely a great employee and if I was the owner, I would not want to lose her.

Very poorly ran place! Stay away and take your business elsewhere. Just like the other reviews, the hostile older blond lady is out of control. Zero customer service skills, rude, and aggressive. I went to drop off an Amazon return and had my label printed but not taped. Upon arriving, the employee informed me there will be a $1.50 charge to tape it. Absolutely no problem. But what happened next was out of control. Upon the poor employee quoting me $1.50, you hear this lady (owner) yelling and having an out of body experience, screaming "it's $2.00!!!! You've been here for 3 months and can't learn anything or do anything right!". I was shocked. Poor employee had to endure such ridicule and disrespect from his boss over mistakenly charging 0.50 less. Lady, it's not about the money. I clearly paid it. Your poor employee made a mistake and you attacked him so disrespectfully. Learn how to treat your employees and customers. If you read this review, please take your business elsewhere. No employee deserves to be treated this way. Do better!
