Came early in the morning and met Duy. Very cordial and respectful upon arrival. Came for a Smog and was finished quickly and efficiently. He also told me they would be sending the finished information to the DMV, once it passed, which was very helpful and convenient.
If I need anymore done, I would recommend their service.

Went on a recommendation from friend who has 3 generations of his family taking cars there. Sent my son there for A/C work. I was very happy. Price was excellent and details were what I would have expected as a guy who has done pretty much everything to cars except do a transmission. This week my son’s starter motor died. I had to head out of town for business. They not only did it for a good price but did the work fast. I can’t be grateful enough.

Duy called me a RACIST this day. The first time anyone has called me a racist and nothing could be further from the truth. He was condescending and disrespectful as well. I will no longer go to Dynamic Auto as a result of the terrible treatment from LD Smog. Son with Dynamic Auto next door recommended this pathetic excuse of a human being. Worst experience ever! Only a racist calls another a racist. Shameful.He’s a racist

He treats your car like it's his, and doesn't recommend anything unnecessary/overly costly. No nonsense yet friendly & professional. He'll ask you lots of questions but don't be afraid to ask him questions back. He won't make you feel dumb, and sometimes he's even wrong.

Very glad I came upon LD Smog & Repair. Multiple times, Duy has given me his recommendation on services. Rather than trying to sell you on repairs, he asks thoughtful questions regarding your vehicle and maintenance inquiry, almost to the effect of a medical clinician. He wants to know the why/purpose of your reasoning for service and then he'll share his assessment and recommendation and next steps to solving the issue. Honest person, honest small business, fair prices. I highly recommend Duy for servicing your vehicle.

Finding a good mechanic who provides excellent service for a good (fair) price has been a challenge to say the least. I have had mechanics that charge a premium only to find out their work was subpar or even incomplete. Recently, a good friend recommended Duy at LD Smog & Repair to me and I have been extremely satisfied with his work and price so far.
