This is a great place to visit if you want to buy modern beds at affordable prices. I was lucky when I went to their furniture store because they were offering special deals at the time so I was able to get a discount for my bed frame and bedroom furniture. They have great customer service too! It's one of the deciding factors why I purchased from them. The staff who helped me (I forgot to ask for your name), thank you for your patience in assisting me even though I had a lot of questions.

Veronica is knowledgeable, helpful, polite, patient and I can keep going on but you get the point. What I'm trying to say is she went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted. We couldn't have asked for a better representative. I highly recommend her!

I went at LA furniture store in fountain valley just a few days ago and had a great experience in shopping at their store. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the quality of their furniture. Their selection of sofas was a LOT, with options to suit every style and preference. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They provided exceptional customer service which I was grateful for since I didn't know which sofa I should buy. They patiently answered all my questions and guided me towards the perfect sofa for my home. What impressed me the most was their competitive prices. They offered special deals without compromising on quality. I highly recommend their store for anyone looking for quality furniture.

I went in couple of days ago to look at a floor sample that was only available in this store. I talked to Veronica and from the start she seemed like she didn't really want to help.After looking at the item making sure it wasn't damaged. I told her I'd come back the next day to get it and she said she wouldn't be there so I asked when shed be back (since she offered me a discount) and she said Thursday. I went in today to make the purchase and Luke was helping me out which he was great btw. Very patient and sweet. She came out of her office and with an attitude she told me she wouldn't honor the discount she gave me because I didn't purchase it that day. I explained to her that I was a university student and that I was gonna be late to work but she didn't seem to care and with a horrible attitude she said she won't honor the discount and walked away from the conversation. As someone who's been a sales person and a customer service associate for over 7 years, I know that is absolutely not a way anyone speaks to customers. I later found out she was a manager!!!!!!! I have already reported her as I felt super discriminated.

I initially came to look at coffee tables but ended up buying a credenza. I'm glad there is a new location in Orange County. I was surprised to see Veronica here as she has helped me before at their commerce location, she knows her stuff and always goes above and beyond to help me decide what will work best for my needs.

Just bought my new couch from LA furniture store in fountain Valley Veronica the store manager was the one that helped us out. She was absolutely amazing. She listen to us and helped us fine exactly what we wanted. She even moved around the furniture to show us different ways of utilizing the couch. She was super knowledgeable, patient and kind she made it such a great experience would highly recommend asking for her when shopping here.

We just had our new dining table and chairs set delivered today, and I'm incredibly pleased with the set, and with the experience working with Veronica. She listened to what we were looking for, she hunted for the right chairs to align with what we were looking for, and she was great in communicating with us throughout the buying experience. Clay McDonnell was my sales rep and he was fantastic! He was incredibly helpful! I appreciate his professionalism and amicability. While he was attentive, he also gave us the space and time to decide on our purchases. We felt like he was on our side helping us choose our furniture, and we bought a beautiful dining table and 6 dining chairs.

Found this new furniture store when we were driving on our way home. We decided to check some of their contemporary sofas since we've been planning to buy a new one. We were warmly welcomed by the staff when we entered. Their pieces are of high quality and their customer service is good.
