I ordered online. I got a Thai Oranda that I choose and a assorted Ranchu, both on the smaller size. I got them within the shipping timeframe with no trouble. When I opened the box they were both swimming around and alert. The Ranchu couldn’t be more perfect and on spot for what I asked for. They acclimated perfectly and are doing swimmingly so far. Very happy with my purchase and will order from them again in the future.

As a customer who frequents the store regularly for years, I cannot stand for this anymore. All my encounters with the worker Billy have left me utterly disappointed and frustrated due to the rude and disrespectful behavior exhibited by him. He always gives an unwelcoming attitude and his responses to questions are dismissive and borderline insulting. It's evident that Billy does not care about the fish or the job, he lacks the basic courtesy and respect necessary to represent King Koi & Goldfish.
I urge the management of King Koi & Goldfish to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action. No customer should have to endure such treatment, and allowing this behavior to persist reflects poorly on the reputation of the store as a whole.

BEAUTIFUL!!!!! GOLD FISH , the Oranda fish at this place are like no other, the 2 guys working there answered all my questions with a smile. I drove for an hour to get there and it was worth it

I have purchased over a dozen fish from King Koi over the last several years. live in TX and they always arrive alive and well. Always healthy fish!
They are the only place I will get my goldfish from.

After ordering from King Koi multiple times over the years I was very disappointed in my latest purchase. I ordered 4 Oranda's with one of them being a Panda Oranda (should be white with black spots). This particular Oranda started turning completely Orange with some black and white...NOT the true color of the Panda I ordered, meaning this is not what is listed. Instead of taking my customer loyalty into considerations and sending me the appropriate fish I received a call from, Eric, to tell me they did send the right fish and they had nothing to make right....I was disappointed and let him know I would not be ordering from their company again. He proceeded to call me multiple times however I did not answer as it would lead to no solution. Be AWARE what you order may not be what you receive and they claim the color may change due to lighting or genetics.....so they expect you to keep the fish in dark light (how are we suppose to enjoy the fish?)

I will only order from these guys! I have had 2 amazing experiences with king koi and I have beautiful gold fish because of them! Thank you to the crew there for being amazing from start to finish and even after.

I come here for the live plants and they have a good selection of them. They're healthy and almost all of the plants I buy here really don't die off, thats with continuing to maintain them of course. The price for the plants are actually the cheapest compared to the others around the area. All the staff are great and very welcoming!

Just placed my third order with king koi and goldfish unfortunately the fish I wanted didn’t pass inspection never had this happen before but they quickly reached out to me and had gave me the option to chose a replacement fish which I did and everything is squared away.. it would be nice to have the option to purchase the fish in the future that I couldn’t receive hence I really wanted it and it had a super unique color pattern but other then that I have zero complaints.

Super lucky that one of the best places to get fancy goldfish is somewhat local to me! Bought one of their lionchus months back and he's doing super well. Usually I quarantine new fish I get, but he looked pretty healthy so I wasn't too worried. My fiancé got me some Thai orandas on my birthday and they've been growing well! Super healthy and active and fun to see. They do have betta fish here too and not gonna lie they always look so sad here. I feel like the goldfish are taken care of waaaaay better (which I hope because the name of the shop does refer to goldfish) and the bettas are kind of forgotten on the shelf :( Overall, great shop! Literally the only place I'll ever trust buying a fancy goldfish at.
