The customer service here is outstanding! Jesse assisted me with my Express Ride car rental through their partner LYFT, despite my concerns about using a paper temporary driver's license after losing my car and personal belongings in a fire. After explaining my situation, Jesse assured me it wouldn't be an issue and handled my booking smoothly. He made sure I was comfortable with my new white Polestar EV. I highly recommend this Hertz office to any rideshare drivers for a hassle-free experience!

It’s a wonderful place to visit and to rent a car to make money for your family and for your bills I highly recommend it.a great opportunity For someone to enjoy renting a car with Hertz and driving for a Lyft in generating income, the sky is the limit. Huge unclear way of working when delivering the car and when returning the car. After nearly 3 weeks of returning the car, employee here at Herzt kept saying that needed time for the system to update corrected invoice, then the manager was busy and refused to answer emails and phone calls, to cheat , overcharged $54 a day to rent a car from the customer. deceit.
It is Karma if you are cheating to customer.
Terrible service and dishonest staff. It's no surprise that your location always gets 1 star review. Car renters should stay away from this place.

Excellent customer service hands down!! Jesse took care of me when I had booked my Express Ride car rental through their partner LYFT. I was a bit concerned about having my paper temporary driver's license, since I had recently lost my car due to it catching on fire, losing all my personal belongings like my wallet, iPhone and all my cameras etc. I had heard that it was up to the discretion of the car rental place, however, after explaining my situation to Jesse, he said that it would definitely NOT be an issue. He took care of my booking, and went over my car rental making sure that I felt comfortable driving off in my new white Polestar EV. I highly recommend that any Rideshare driver's go through this Hertz office so that you too, can ride off into the sunset with eaze!! LOL...

Without exception Unprofessional staff they wants get their checks just for be seated there and be in their phones and be chilling, in the past the unique person that was work for his check was the guy with piercing in the nose but now he become like the rest of the staff

Without exception, this is the worst run branch of any business I have ever encountered. Plan on spending more than six HOURS to renew your rental.

The employees will just talk to each other for 15 minutes about their personal life while I'm waiting and keep in mind I'm the only one there. The cars are extremely dirty and they expect you to fill the tank when you leave cause the car is already on empty?? So when I come best believe I'm drop off the car how I got it and I took pictures before and after. They say their open at 8:00am but I got there they told me they open at 9:00am. It's not worth your time and money.
