After Sam Ash closing for good, one would think GC would step up its customer service game, but no, it’s still run by washed up, wannabe rock star musicians or something. Walked through drum and keyboard depts. not one associate greeted me, asking if need help. Was actually looking at NORD Stage 4 ($4500 keyboard for an upcoming tour). But hey, talking about scheduling, personal issues more important than selling gear. The attitude is always a drag at this particular location. Sam Ash went down in flames cuz they’re service sucked and poor selection. Service is King. So, I’m back to shopping with Sweetwater again. GC…don’t look to far in the rear view mirror at Sam, you’re not too far behind.

Great selection, all guitars I wanted to try were open, not like my guitar center at home in vegas where it's all locked up. I purchased a taylor that wasn't even out on the floor yet, the employee happily went to the back to get it for me, un boxed it, let me try it out and now it's home!

I haven’t been in a Guitar Center for years and was pleasantly surprised how well-stocked and maintained the store is. Mike helped me with the purchase of a new Gibson Les Paul 60’s Standard and was very happy with his service and advice.

Awesome selection of new and used gear here. Small isolation room to try an amp loud for a couple minutes if you need to. Friedman, Suhr, the good stuff from Vox and Fender, Orange, etc. This guitar center location really has some professional stuff. Worth coming here to play something if you’re making a big gear decision. You do need to catch the store at the right time to talk to really component employees if you have detailed questions about gear. Everybody I talked to was very nice and accommodating when I stopped in though.

Came to this guitar center last month to buy the first strat ever. Bought Fender Ultra, but I didnt like the color. So, I decided to come back to exchange another one. In total, I exchanged 3 different guitars to get the right one. Absolute happy with the top service here. Shout out to Mike, Thanks, sir.
