Do not go to this Place. First of all the owner called me to complain about my dog Barking but what does she expect. Second they have been misleading on charges- instead of $50 they charged $75. AVOID this place. They deserve no star at all.

I have the worst luck with groomers. My golden doodle has always gotten awful haircuts and my pom has always been left butchered and I can legit say I am soooo happy and that's why I'm giving full on 5 stars because they deserve it the price is reasonable $65 each and I can honestly say I'll be back every time for their cut

love love love !! i have a long haired ragdoll who i cannot bathe to save my life (tried once and now i have a permanent scar on my arm) & this place is the only place that can work with him !! we've tried taking him to other groomers who've turned him away even while he was on his sedatives that the vet prescribed to me. one even charged us $120 & they barely washed him because he's so difficult to work with. this place is the only place that can work with him and do an amazing job. we recently had some home renovations done and the whole house was feeling dusty so we needed a bath asap. scheduling and customer service were fast and convenient, and overall my new go to whenever any situation arises where he needs to be groomed. so affordable too !! i'm a broke college student & was prepared to pay 100+ but it wasn't anywhere near that price. thank you sm furrever friend !!

I drive all the way from LA just to take my dog here. They always do an AMAZING job with his grooming and they are so kind and affordable. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

I recently took my dog for his monthly grooming. When I picked him up and brought him home, he was barely able to walk and had a significant limp. After inspecting his left foot, I noticed they had either clipped his nail too short or injured his leg. I eventually gave them a call and the lady even acknowledged that sometimes they cut the nails too short and the dogs end up with a limp. She offered very little to no remorse and did not even offer a refund. I was on the fence about taking my dog for grooming here and now I am definitely not returning. Be AWARE.

I have brought my son’s cat here for grooming twice already and will continue to use them. The cat is difficult and they have No problem taking care of him. They shave his belly, clean his ears and clip his nails. They do a great job and when he is done he is a very happy cat!They have also trimmed my Yorkie and he looked adorable. The pricing is reasonable and it’s easy to get an appointment.

I took my poodle there this week and I was very pleased. I called on Friday and they had availability the same day, even though I didn't schedule it until a couple days later. They did a great job with her and did not take longer than they promised. I asked for her hair on her face, ears and tail to remain long and they delivered. Will come again. Thank you very much!

I highly recommend this place to anyone I know! This is the best groomers to take your pets to in this area, hands down. I have gone here for almost the past decade, and they have never failed me once. My dog is usually very nervous but now, she almost enjoys it! The staff is very kind and the building and inside is always clean and organized, it feels like a very well-maintained place. The prices are reasonable and I have been a loyal customer for many years. They are hard-working and honest and I just generally have a great time while I'm there. Thank you to everyone there!

My cat had really bad matted fur and this one of a few places I could find that would do cats. It was really easy calling and getting an appointment. My cat came out looking like a rat but no more matted fur. I'm satisfied in that regard. I did have a few quips, though. I thought they said on the phone that it would only be an hour, but then when I dropped off they said 3. Glad I had a free day. It did make me wonder if the price I was quoted was per hour as it wasn't confirmed at drop off. I've seen some places quote based on the time it takes instead of the service as a whole. The other thing is I asked over text if she needed her rabies vaccine. They said bring it if I have it but she wouldn't be denied service without it. But then at drop off I was asked for it and told to have it next time. So, conflicting info. If I had known then I would've called the vet and gotten it before the appointment, as I had time. I am really glad with the end product. The customer service was great. Both the man and woman were very friendly. Kinda amazed at how low the price was as I think other places are more expensive, especially because my girl got completely shaved. I hope I tipped enough. There was no guideline on that and this is the first time I've had to groom a cat.

I brought my cat here for a nail trim and hygiene shave and was initially very anxious because my cat hates groomers, but they did great! Super fast and very friendly, will definitely be back!
