From the moment I dropped off my car to when it was completed the process was smooth and professional. My car looks great and they even went above and beyond by cleaning the inside and out side of the car. I would 100% recommend this shop.

I can’t say enough about John Chiang. He sent texts and emails on any and all progress with my car. I was able to save some money on car rental because he got my car to me sooner than expected. He went above and beyond. Will definitely regret any friends to Crash Champions and John Chiang.

They say you never forget your first time. Well, after 30 years of driving, this was my first accident. And I can say I'll never forget the amazing service from Rigo and all the other staff at Crash Champions! From my initial phone call through the completion of repairs, Rigo was helpful and caring about the situation. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I understood the process. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service provided by Rigo, the friendliness of the staff, and expert repairs by the technicians.

I was very pleased with my experience at Crash Champions, I dealt with the manager Sam, he is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He has great customer service he really made the process easy and they were quick in repairing my car, plus they set up my rental. Upon completion of the repair I returned the rental to Sam and he took care of everything, would definitely recommend them to all my friends should anyone need such services.

I can’t say enough for the work that this location has done for my car! My experience exceeded the reviews i read prior to my visit. The shop is very clean, quiet, organized. Everyone one there from the front desk and to my estimator- Rigo B. were super professional and friendly. Rigo was able to give me updates through my cars repair status via text and was also very communicative of updates via call. I felt like they were very transparent and honest with everything being done to my car. The turn around time was quick and the drop off/pick up situation was quick (not spending so much time filling out paperwork- which we all know to be a drag). Also to pick up my car completely washed and vacuumed was the cherry on top of it all. Thank you Rigo and Crash Champions FV!

I give Crash Champions a 10 out of 10. Would rate them higher, if I could. I highly recommend. Maribel and Omar were the absolute best. Very communicative, great customer service, they even waited for me after hours, so I can pick up my car and have it for the weekend. You wouldn’t even be able to tell they painted the bumper. Great work my BMW looks just like new as if it came back from the manufacturer. Thank you again Crash Champions, Maribel, and Omar!

I had an absolutely awful experience with this shop. They failed to repair all of the cosmetic damage caused by my accident, and caused additional paint damage in the process. They also failed to properly secure my door handle, causing a lock issue at the time I picked my vehicle up.
When I returned to have them address the problems using their warranty, I was given the run around for over a month about why they couldn’t take my vehicle in at that time. When I asked if they would cover the cost of the rental car during the repairs, they suddenly discovered additional work that the appraiser had missed so they could submit a supplemental repair bill to the insurance company, that way they wouldn’t have to cover the rental. They then still failed to take my car in for the needed repairs, and told me to bring it back the next week. The next week, they had a new excuse for why they couldn’t take my car in at that time.
I lost count of how many times I visited the shop trying to get the situation resolved, and how many times I was told Sam, the manager, would call me to address my concerns. Sam never called me, and the only time I spoke to him was when he suddenly discovered additional repairs needed that they had failed to catch the first time.
Terrible communication, sketchy behavior, and a complete absence of follow-up at multiple levels from them.

From my first estimate from Michael Lopez (who has since transferred to Mission Viejo) everything went very smoothly. Alex kept me totally informed and did an amazing job of having a beautiful car ready for me on time. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this Crash Champions to everyone.
