Legendary Customer Service is why I keep coming back! These guys once repainted my entire bumper for free nearly 2 years after a repair because of a small defect. They really stand behind their work, and that impressed me. When my car gets damaged, I trust Oscar, Cesar, and their team here at fountain valley express to fix it. The most recent time, they completed a significant job only 4 days after we approved the quote, perfectly fitting into my schedule constraints. Even with short time, Cesar went the extra mile on attention to details I didn't even think ask about! Level of care like it was his own car. I hope I don't have to come back too soon, because that would mean I've been in an accident, but Crash Champions Fountain Valley Express consistently makes the car repair part about as painless as you can get it.

I needed to have my front bumper and fender replaced because it had been smashed in an apparent hit and run. They did an excellent job with the repair work. When I received my car back, it was clean inside and out and it looked like new.

The process of getting my car repaired was seamless. I was notified by text regularly on when it would be ready for pick up. I am very pleased with the customer service that was provided and highly recommend going there if you should need a collision repair.

The best auto body repair shop. My car went in on a Monday and was picked up that same Friday. My car was even washed and detailed. No non sense quote and they stick to it.

My vehicle was rearended and after combing through the many shops I decided on Crash Champions. From start to finish this shop didn't skip a beat. Moment I walked in I noticed everyone was moving or on phone taking care of business. Luis handled my claim and was knowledgeable, concise, and answered every call. The text updates on progress were very helpful as I was working out of state and needed to plan return. Jeff did the final hand off and made sure I was happy with every detail. Jeff didn't know that when I dropped my truck, I watched him walk by and meticulously inspected a car waiting for customer to pick up 3x! Solid outfit. Extremely happy. Customer for life.

Super quick and above and beyond service! My drivers side door needed to be replaced after an accident. I dropped my car off on Monday and got it back Wednesday of the same week. I was not expecting to get my car back so soon! They were also sweet enough to detail and clean my car for me, which was totally unexpected and much appreciated. Luis and the ladies at the front were all super helpful. 100% would recommend using them.

Your representative called and said I can pickup my car and can leave the rental since your company have pickup service with Enterprise. A few days went by and still no deposit refund from Enterprise. Responsibility were shifted back and forth between Crash Champion and Enterprise, then I was told things are good. Now 11 days later, Enterprise told me they still don't have their car back, again more finger pointing between 2 companies. Such a horrific experience calling, waiting, and struggling; I could've saved so much headache dropping the car off myself and getting a ride home.How can a rental car sat there for over a week without anyone noticing...?Service: Body & Trim

My family and go here for our car needs, but since i've gotten in my accident I feel as if I'm putting in more work then they are. My agent Lily keeps telling me she'll call me back but I never receive a call and have to go through it myself. When I got my car fixed they missed a part of the assembly (which was the manufacturer's fault) and i've been waiting for my call back for two weeks now. I consider myself to be a patient and understanding person, but I've reached out a lot more than is comfortable. However, they typically get their job done with quality and in good time; so I feel conflicted with my experience. Id like to assume that my agent is busy, but two weeks for a small part is double the amount of time said prior.
