I just bought a home in Seal Beach and the carpet the previous owner had was rough. I shopped around with many businesses and did my research before reaching out to Floor Expo and Design. Hayan came with samples and gave us the most competitive quote. The installers were careful moving my furniture. The carpet was installed meticulously. I recommend Hayan and his team to anyone looking for a reputable floor and carpet business.

I just had my second floor refinished with vinyl flooring. The owner Hayan helped me though the selection of the vinyl floor and price. Very nice and honest person. When I bought a house this past October, I was at a loss at who to turn to but knew that I needed help with design choices and a quick turnaround as my lease was ending and I needed to move in. Hayan was more then understanding and accommodating to my needs. He personally came by and helped me with my color choices throughout the house. I was always on the fence about carpet but he was able to address my concerns and I'm very happy with the results. He was also able to assist in recommending paint color choices for my rooms. The work was completed as planned with clear communication along the way. I was able to move in and the carpet quickly became one of my favorite aspects of my home. Thank you to Hayan for coming through and his patience and attention to make sure I was happy with the job performed. Would definitely recommend for all your home design needs

We had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Basset Laban, from Floor Expo in Fountain Valley. From the first time we met, he expertly guided us through our vinyl floor selection, matching it beautifully with our existing rugs. We then proceeded to discuss a remodel of our master bath and amazingly everything coordinated well to begin the bath remodel followed by the flooring in the master bath, bedrooms and bonus room just in time for the holidays! We were so impressed with each team that came through on time and with efficient and expert workmanship. Special kudos to the gentlemen who installed our Italian ceramic tiles in the shower.They took the time to place my favorite tiles at eye level to create beautiful movements like an ocean scene! The flooring team, a lovely family of hard, dedicated workers accomplished the entire flooring in 2-3 days! All the while Basset kept track of the progress, stopping by to look the installation and always answering my calls and questions with patience and explanations! From the demolition, plumbing, tiling, glass barn doors to the flooring and clean up and even a quick repair follow up, we were so pleased, impressed and appreciative of all the professionalism. Once we get past this current surge, we hope to work with Basset on another bathroom. Thank you Floor Expo for an outstanding job. We love it! Paul and Luann Sauer

They reviewed both properties ahead of installation to take final measurements and check for levelness and let me know about any concerns. I was referred to Mounir by a family friend. Mounir took such good care of our house. We decided to do vinyl flooring and the fireplace. Prices were very competitive and reasonable and they were able to finish the work incredibly fast. Will definitely use them for all future projects.

I needed new counter tops and shopped around but Floor Expo had by far the best prices out of everyone. They also offered the best service guarantee that I got from every estimates I got. The person that came to give me the estimate was informative and sincere, and made me feel that they would do the best job. The business owners Ahmad and Hayan also were very responsive throughout the process and answered every question I had. On the day of installation they were on time, all wore masks, and were very respectful of my home. Everything was covered, the work was done quickly and cleanly, and they did a great job. After the work was done, they also did an immaculate job cleaning after themselves. I couldn't be happier. They even called after the fact to make sure I was happy with the work.

The owner's at Fountain Valley location were very personable and helpful and worked with us to give us the best deal!They had product and installed on the day they said they would and were great at communicating times of arrival. Ahmad and the team were fantastic to work with on our projects and I would highly recommend him (and have already to some friends) for big remodeling projects. We did both a bathroom and a kitchen remodel with him and his team, who were all very respectful of the pandemic while in our house. We were referred to him from a friend and he did not disappoint. We received four estimates and while his estimate was more expensive than others, he stressed the focus on quality using real wood, imported tile and quality workmanship. The resulting work completely exceeded our expectations. The tile work was incredibly precise and the materials are very high quality that were used. The best thing was that in a very disruptive project he and his team finished when they said they would. Thanks Ahmad and team!

I cannot be more pleased with my experience at Floor Expo and Design! I came one day and Bassett was the best sales associate I could have asked for. He was patient with me, showed me so many options for Vinyl Plank flooring, while never being pushy. He came and did all of the measurements himself, and gave me a good price for all that I purchased. The work that they did was beyond amazing, and transformed my home completely!
